Win an NGV Friday Nights Experience in Melbourne for 2 - General
1. By participating in the Broadsheet x NGV competition (Promotion), each participant fully and
unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions are binding.
2. The promoter is Broadsheet, trading as Broadsheet Media Pty Ltd, ABN 20 131 593
201 of Level 1, 231 Smith Street, Fitzroy, VIC 3065 (Promoter).
3. The Promotion commences at 12:00 (AEST) on Tuesday 25 February 2020 and closes at
11.59:00 (AEST) on Monday 23 March 2020 (Promotion Period).
4. Entry is open to AU residents only who are over 18 years of age.
How to Enter
1. To enter this Promotion you must complete the application form including your first name, last
name, email address, post code and answer to the Promotional Question: “In 25 words or less,
who would you bring to the NGV Friday Nights x Haring and Basquiat and why?".
2. This is a game of skill, and chance plays no part. The Promoter’s decision is final and no
correspondence will be entered into with entrants.
3. Multiple entries are not permitted.
4. Entrants can only enter in their own name. The use of automatic entry software, mechanical or
electronic devices that allows an individual to automatically enter the competition is prohibited
and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.
5. Employees of the Promoter, immediate family members of any employee, and any associated
company or agency of the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
6. Entries not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions are void. Entries will be
deemed void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
Draw and Prizes
5. Judging for the prize will take place at Level 1, 231 Smith St Fitzroy, VIC 3065 at 14.00 (AEST)
on Tuesday 24 March 2020.
6. One (1) winner will receive a prize for two (2) inclusive of:
a. Two return economy flights to Melbourne from your closest capital city on Friday, 3
April 2020 (Total value up to $1,000.00)
b. One night’s accommodation in a Classic King Room at Sofitel Melbourne on Collins
on Friday 3 April 2020 for 2 (two) (Total value $500.00)
c. Transport for two (2) from Lesa to the NGV on Friday, 3 April 2020 (Total value $90)
d. Two (2) NGV Friday Night tickets on Friday, 3 April 2020 (Total value $70)
e. Two (2) drinks vouchers at NGV Friday Nights on Friday, 3 April 2020 (Total value
$50)
f. Dinner for two (2) at Lesa, Level 1/122 Russell St, Melbourne VIC 3000, for up to
$200. (Total value $200.00)
g. Total prize pool value is at approximately $1910 including GST.
7. Winners of this competition will be notified via email to their nominated email address
by 18:00pm (AEST) on Thursday, 26 March 2020.
8. In this email the winner will be sent instructions to redeem their prize and the package must be
redeemed by Monday 30 March 2020.
9. This prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be sold, exchanged for cash.
10. If the winner cannot be contacted by 12:00pm on Monday 30 March 2020, the Promoter has
the right to select new a new winner.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to alter the rules of the competition at any time.
