2. The Promoter is The Watch Factory Pty Ltd (ABN 63 612 770 788) of 82 Bakehouse
Road, Kensington, Vic 3031
3. These terms and conditions of entry apply to the competition being conducted by the
Promoter referred to herein. Entries not complying with these terms & conditions of
entry are ineligible and the Promoter reserves its sole and absolute right to disqualify
any Participant from the competition if any entries do not comply with these terms &
conditions of entry.
4. In these terms & conditions of entry, unless the contrary intention appears, the
following words and phrases have the meanings set out opposite them:
a) “TWF” means The Watch Factory Pty Ltd trading as "Watch Factory Australia";
b) “Closing Date” has the meaning given in Condition 5;
c) “Condition” means a condition of these terms and conditions of entry;
d) "Agent" means any one of an Agent, Contractor, Representative of TWF;
e) “Immediate Family” means any one of more of a person’s wife, husband,
de facto wife, de facto husband, parent, step-parent, child, step-child, brother,
sister, step-brother or step-sister;
f) “Participant” means a person who is eligible to participate in the competition and
who has successfully entered into the competition;
g) “State” means an Australian state or territory;
h) "TWF Prize" means Olivia Burton Watercolour Florals Rose Gold Mesh Ladies
Watch – OB16PP40, with a recommended retail price of $349.00.
i) “Web Site” means the web site of the Promoter at www.watchfactory.com.au
accessible on the Internet through the World Wide Web or via other wireless
platforms connected to the Internet;
j) "Winner" means the recipient the TWF Prize.
COMPETITION PERIOD
5. Entry into the competition commences on:
(a) Friday 17th January 2020 ("Commencement Date");
(b) and closes on Tuesday 11th February 2020 (“Closing Date”);
(c) the last date & time for entries to be accepted is Tuesday 11
th February 2020 at
11:59PM.
Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

6. Entry is open to all residents of Australia over the age of 18 except employees and
their immediate family if the conditions of entry detailed in point 8 below have been
satisfied. TWF may elect to remove any entrant from the competition who does not
comply with these terms and conditions of entry below;
7. (a) A maximum of one (1) entry into competition is permitted for each Participant;
HOW TO ENTER
8. The competition must be entered via the sign-up page with your full name and email
address.
9. The competition is free to enter.
TWF PRIZE WINNER
10. (a) The TWF Prize Winner will be the eligible Participant who is chosen at random
on Tuesday 11th February 2020 The winner will be notified by email within two
business days. The name of the winner will be published on TWF’s Instagram
and Facebook accounts.
(b) The Promoter's decision is final, and the promoter will not enter into
correspondence regarding the competition result or any other decisions the
Promoter makes in connection with the Promotion; and
(c) The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner of any prize to provide
proof of identity, proof of residency and proof of eligibility to enter the competition
prior to awarding the prize. Identification considered suitable for verification will
be at the discretion of the Promoter.
11. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
12. The TWF Prize Winner must claim their prize within 28 days of being notified that they
are a winner except for winners who are entrants in SA, NSW or ACT at the date of the
relevant draw who may claim their prize within 3.5 months of the draw if in SA or the
ACT; and 3 months of the draw if in NSW.
13. Prices are the recommended retail price as provided by the supplier and are correct at
the time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in the prize
value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.
14. If for any reason a prize winner is unable to accept a prize, the Promoter will award
that prize to the Participant or Participants who would have met the eligibility criteria
and been deemed the prize winner or winners had the winning Participant not
participated.
15. Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from accepting a prize and all
prize winners should seek independent financial advice prior to their acceptance of a
prize.
