WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion commences at 12:01am AEDST on 02/03/2015 and final entries close at 11:59pm AEST on 30/04/2015 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
o enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a) purchase any product in the Thomas & Friends range (no minimum spend required) (“Eligible Product”) at any authorised Thomas & Friends store retailer in Australia or New Zealand; and then
b) visit the Thomas & Friends AU and NZ Facebook Page at https://www.facebook.com/ThomasandFriends.AUNZ (“Facebook Page”), follow the prompts to the promotional entry page, input the requested details (including but not limited to their full name, address (including country), telephone number, and a valid email address), and submit the fully completed entry form.
PRIZE:
The first three (3) valid entries drawn in each Daily Draw will each win a Thomas & Friends Birthday Prize Pack, valued at AU$24.24 (“Daily Prize”). Each prize pack includes: a Thomas & Friends Party Pack (including 8 paper plates, 8 paper cups, 16 paper napkins, and 8 plastic lolly bags), a Thomas & Friends Invitation Card Pack, Thomas & Friends Balloons, and a Thomas & Friends Table Cover.
The first valid entry drawn in the Major Prize Draw will win their choice of one (1) of the following four (4) holidays for two (2) adults and two (2) children (aged 11 years or under), valued at up to AU$27,970 depending on the destination selected and date and point of departure (“Major Prize”):
1) Option One: Thomas Land in London (valued at up to AU$27,700.00 depending on date and point of departure):
    return economy airfares from winner's nearest Australian capital city (if the winner resides in Australia) or from their nearest international airport (if the winner resides in New Zealand) to London, England for two (2) adults and two (2) children;
    six (6) nights accommodation in a family-share room at a minimum 4-star hotel in London for two (2) adults and two (2) children, including daily hotel breakfast (exact hotel and breakfast menu to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion);
    dinner at Jamie’s Italian in London, up to the value of AU$300;

OR
3) Option Three: Thomas Land in Boston, USA (valued at up to AU$24,980.00 depending on date and point of departure):
    return economy airfares from winner's nearest Australian capital city (if the winner resides in Australia) or from their nearest international airport (If the winner resides in New Zealand) to Boston, Massachusetts (USA) for two (2) adults and two (2) children;
    seven (7) nights twin-share accommodation at a minimum 4-star hotel in Boston for two (2) adults and two (2) children (exact hotel to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion);
    dinner at City Landing in Boston, up to the value of AU$300;
    a two (2) hour Boston Pizza tour for two (2) adults and two (2) children;
    a one (1) day Boston sightseeing tour for two (2) adults and two (2) children;
    general admission tickets to the Thomas Land theme park in Boston for two (2) adults and two (2) children; and
    AU$1,000 spending money for the winner, awarded in the form of a cheque made payable in the winner’s name.
OR
4) Option Four: Macy’s Parade in New York City, USA (valued at up to AU$27,970 depending on date and point of departure):
    return economy airfares from winner's nearest Australian capital city (if the winner resides in Australia) or from their nearest international airport (If the winner resides in New Zealand) to New York City, New York (USA) for two (2) adults and two (2) children;
    return private transfers from the New York City airport to the accommodation for two (2) adults and two (2) children;
    six (6) nights twin-share accommodation at a minimum 4-star hotel in New York City for two (2) adults and two (2) children (exact hotel to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion), with check-in on 26/11/2015 and check-out on 02/12/2015;
    dinner at Big Daddy’s Diner in New York City, up to the value of AU$300;
    a 15-minute helicopter tour over New York City for two (2) adults and two (2) children;
    a three (3) day New York City Hop on Hop Off Sightseeing Pass for two (2) adults and two (2) children; and
    AU$1,000 spending money for the winner, awarded in the form of a cheque made payable in the winner’s name.
Option Four prize must be taken to coincide with the Macy’s Day Parade, with accommodation check-in on 26/11/2015 and check-out on 02/12/2015, subject to booking and flight availability.
The following conditions apply to the Major Prize: Additional spending money, additional meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Prize Options One, Two and Three must be taken by 30/05/2016 and are subject to booking and flight availability. Option Four prize must be taken in accordance with the dates specified above. Black out periods include 20/06/2015 – 10/08/2015, 10/12/2015 – 20/01/2016, and any Australian school holidays, public holidays or other peak periods. All bookings must be made a minimum of 45 days in advance of requested departure dates. All bookings and documentation regarding the prize must be made via Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd or their agents. The winner and their companions must be in possession of a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity on it prior to departure. The winner and his/her companions are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation. Winner is responsible for any amendments fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed. During the entire duration of the prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age. The winner and his/her companions must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in agreement with the winner but in the event that agreement cannot be reached, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the itinerary. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.
Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize (or an element of a prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Total potential maximum prize pool value in Australia is up to AU$32,333.20
Total potential maximum prize pool value in New Zealand is up to NZ$34,898.20.
