The Ultimate Boss Babes Makeover Competition
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- To enter the entrant must ‘Like’ the Boss Babes Inc post on Monday 5
th May 2017on either facebook or
instagram (1 entry from either method is accepted, you do not receive an extra entry for doing both)
- Entry is open to South Australian residents ONLY aged 18 years and older. Entry is not open to residents
outside of South Australia
- Employees of Boss Babes Inc, Contractors, related agencies or members of immediate family (“Immediate
family” means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, siblings (whether natural or adopted by a parent) are
ineligible to enter this competition
- Only one “Like” is permitted per Facebook and instagram account.
- Any costs associated with entering remain the responsibility of each entrant and are dependent on the
internet service provider used.
- The competition commences 9:00pm (ACST) Monday 5
th June 2017 and closes at 5:00pm ACST on Friday 30th
June 2017. Entries will be deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of
transmission by the entrant.
- There is ONE grand prize to be won. The prize is not redeemable for cash or products and is not in
conjunction with any other existing discount or special Total value of prize pool is $3500.
- Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
- Winners will be notified in person at the Boss Babes Inc. Grand opening on Friday 30th June 2017 at 8pm and
also announced on Facebook immediately after by a comment on the Boss Babes Inc Facebook and instagram
competition posts by 9:00pm (ACST) on Friday 30th June 2017. The Winner will also be notified by email.
- The random prize draw will take place at Shop 11, Bayside Shopping Village Glenelg SA at 8:00pm (ACST) on
Friday 30th June 2017. The winner will be selected at random in line with the national TPL requirements
- Whilst best efforts will be made to contact the winner, in the event that for any reason the winner cannot be
notified after reasonable attempts, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded
in lieu of the prize. If the prize is unclaimed after three months, it will be redrawn on Friday 30th September
2017 at the same time and place as the original draw and the winner notified by comment on Boss Babes
Inc’s Facebook and instagram page.
- By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and
against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described),
losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the
Sweepstake, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or
misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to
any person(s).
