Terms and Conditions
The Competition Entry into ‘WIN A LUXURY GETAWAY WITH JETS & LUXURY ESCAPES’ competition is open to JETS Swimwear Society members who are Australian residents aged 18 years and over. You can join JETS Swimwear Society here if you are not already a member. Nominated winner may be required to present proof of age when accepting their prize.
These terms and conditions form part of your entry to the competition. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The competition commences on Saturday, 17th November 2018 and will end at 5pm on Monday, 17th December 2018. Late entries will not be eligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to extend, withdraw or cancel the competition at their own discretion without an obligation to compensate entrants.
The Promoters of this competition are Jets Swimwear Pty Ltd (ABN 28 068 819 581) of 17 Hardner Road, Mount Waverley Victoria 3149 (JETS) and Luxury Escapes Travel Pty. Ltd. (ABN 16 150 650 927) of Level 1/50 YORK STREET, SOUTH MELBOURNE, VIC, 3205 (Luxury Escapes).
Eligibility To enter the ‘WIN A LUXURY GETAWAY WITH JETS & LUXURY ESCAPES’ competition and be eligible to win, entrants are limited to one (1) entry via filling in all mandatory fields https://www.jets.com.au/luxury-escapes.html
The Promoters will select the winner based on answer given to the question: ’Tell us in 25 words or less how you’d feel wearing JETS on your Luxury Escape?’ All entries must include the correct contact details including name, email and phone number. This information will be used to contact you should you be successful. All entries must be unique and original and not contain extracts from other published material. Employees (and their immediate family) of either Promoter, Belmond Management Limited (Belmond), and their related bodies corporate (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) are not eligible to enter this competition.
The Prize and Winning
The prize is:
Prize
• $500 JETS Swimwear shopping spree (gift voucher to be redeemed online at www.jets.com.au)
• 5 night stay in the Seaview Villa at Belmond Napasai, Koh Samui, including:
• Return flights from closest capital city to Koh Samui International Airport
• Private return airport transfers from Koi Samui Airport • Daily buffet breakfast at the resort's main restaurant
• Two 30-minute foot massages to share at the tranquil Napasai Spa
• Daily cocktail per person
• Four two-course dinners for two at La Thai Restaurant
• One themed buffet dinner for two at the Beach Restaurant
Prize fulfilment is subject to the conditions set out under ‘Prize fulfilment’ below. This is a game of skill and the winning entrant will be selected by JETS based on merit according to their response to the nominated competition question. JETS decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final.
There will be only one winning entrant nominated for the first prize. Any accompanying ‘friend’ is not defined as a winner in this competition.
The nominee will be contacted via email or phone by Wednesday, 19th December 2018. The nominee must confirm their acceptance of the ‘WIN A LUXURY GETAWAY WITH JETS & LUXURY ESCAPES’ within three business days of being contacted. ‘Confirm’ means verbally agreeing on all terms and conditions, stating a date(s) to commence the ‘WIN A LUXURY GETAWAY WITH JETS & LUXURY ESCAPES’, and nominating any accompanying ‘friend’. If the nominee does not confirm within three business days of being contacted, then JETS has the right to select a new nominee and follow an identical process as stated above.
The successful nominee of the prize must redeem it for travel until 31 October 2019 (bookings must be made before 30 June 2019).
Redeeming means contacting JETS and fulfilling the ‘WIN A LUXURY GETAWAY WITH JETS & LUXURY ESCAPES’ experience.
Prize fulfilment
Prizes may not be exchanged, transferred or redeemable for cash or credit. The Promoters accepts no responsibility for any variations in the value of the prize as quoted in these terms and conditions. In the event that the prize components as listed cannot be offered at the time of fulfilment at the fault of the Promoters, a replacement prize will be offered of equivalent value (at the combined discretion of the Promoters).
$500 JETS Swimwear shopping spree
The JETS garments chosen may be up to $500(RRP) in total. JETS will use best endeavors to find product to meet the prize value and match personal selection. Final product decision is subject to product availability and at JETS discretion. The prize is based on JETS current Recommended Retail Price (RRP) in Australian Dollars (AUD). Unused / unclaimed garment value is not redeemable for cash or credit.
5 night stay in the Seaview Villa at Belmond Napasai, Koh Samui
Return flights are only valid from your closest capital city i.e. Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Hobart, and Perth. Winner will need to cover ‘local’ transport arrangements to nearest airport at their own expense. Winning entrant is responsible for their own personal insurance and liability – this includes all transfers and accommodation.
The nomination of type of accommodation, transfer, and flights is chosen by JETS only.

*Surcharge: *A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night, applies payable directly to Luxury Escapes at time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar.

Package is valid for two adults.
*Maximum Room Capacity: *The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children or three adults. See below for more details.
Extra Guest Policy: An extra person (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of AU$50 per night, sleeping on a thai sofa, with breakfast included.
*Child Policy: *In addition to two adults, up to two children (aged 2 -11) may stay free of charge, sleeping on existing bedding with breakfast included.
Baby Policy: Infants (aged 2 years and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the resort free of charge.

No liability
The Promoters shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoters are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the entrant or for any of the equipment or programming associated with, or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition, including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
If for any reason, this competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoters reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition subject to any written directions given under State Legislation.
Once prizes have left the Promoters’ premises, the Promoters and their associated agencies take no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit. The Promoters reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoters have reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoters’ legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Privacy
By entering the ‘WIN A LUXURY GETAWAY WITH JETS & LUXURY ESCAPES’ competition and accepting these terms and conditions, entrants acknowledge and agree that:
• the Promoters or Belmond may publish winner details on their branded social media channels, company blog and/or company websites. Published winner details will be limited to first name, residing suburb or town and answer to competition question;
• JETS will use entrants’ personal information for promotional purposes relating to this competition and for general advertising and promotional services (including adding entrants to JETS’ databases and/or mailing lists); and
• each entrant assigns all of their rights, title and interest (including copyright) in and to their entry to JETS from the time of entry. Entrants consent to any use of their entry which may otherwise infringe their moral rights pursuant to the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).
