Video/image upload required to enter, and internet, webcam functionality required if shortlisted. Closes 09.12.14, 23:59 GMT or when 50,000 entries.   Prize date restrictions apply. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotional dates 14.00 GMT 12th November to 23.59 GMT 9th December 2014 (the promotional period) or when 50,000 entries have been received. By participating in the promotion, each entrant (the “Participant) accepts and agrees by submitting an entry to comply with and abide by these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable conditions. Closing date for entries to the promotion is 23.59 GMT 9th December 2014 or when 50,000 entries have been received. Indication of when entries are close to the 50,000 will be highlighted on the website before entering and once 50,000 entries have been received the website will display a message that the entries for the promotion is closed. Judging to determine the final shortlist of 15 finalists will occur immediately after the closing date. These 15 finalists must be available between the closing date and the 15.12.14, to set up a webcam interviews and the shortlist will be contacted and interviewed and a final decision will occur on 16th December 2014 and the winner will be contacted via telephone on the 16th or 17th December and potentially visited within 30 days to confirm verification details. The winner will be announced publically in January 2015 on visitlondon.com and social media channels.
HOW TO ENTER:
To take part in this promotion and be eligible to win participants must:
a. Visit www.visitlondon.com/guest   (“Website”) then complete the mandatory registration process information of first name, surname, contactable e-mail address, telephone number, country of residence (if you are from the United Kingdom, you will be asked if from a London borough as you will not be able to participate) and confirm age or enter the relevant details by signing in through
their Facebook account. Once registration is complete participants will get a confirmation e-mail
notifying them of their registration.  The promoter will highlight when / if there is 1,000 slots available on visitlondon.com/guest
b. Participants must then complete the text field (max 70 words) and submit a 60 second video or picture describing their perfect day in London , either immediately or by returning to the webpage post registration, clicking through and then entering the e-mail address registered. 
c. After preparing their content (a video of maximum 60 seconds) in "jpg", "jpeg",  "gif", "png", "mp4", "mpg", "mpeg", "avi", "ogg", "mov", "qt", "3gp", "webm", "wmv" format as detailed in upload section, maximum size 60 MB or an image in jpeg format, maximum size 10 MB to support their entry, participants should ensure they are happy with their information, their video submission or image (collectively, “Entry”). A good video submission will always be considered better than a good image by the judges. There cannot be references to any third party or other links or URL’s in the text or image/video content that will enhance the participants’ entry. Any such detail will be removed, not referenced or considered as part of the entry.
d. Once they are happy with their entry, participants need to accept Terms and Conditions including the various selection criteria, their age and confirming their command of the English language which will be important in the final selection process. Then Participants then need to submit their entry.
e. If participants have completed all of the preceding steps and then entered all relevant details, a “thank you for entering” page will be shown to confirm that their entry has been accepted and an e-mail will be sent to their specified e-mail address.
f. All valid entries will be judged by a group of moderators and judges, independent of the promoter. The best 100 will then be subject to a further and final round of judging by a select panel of judges including one independent person to oversee that all is fair in the final judging process to determine the top 15.
g. These top 15 finalists will then be contacted on 12th December or as quickly as possible and video interviews will be set up for the 13th or 14th December to determine the ultimate winner and a standby back up. For the final video interview process access to a computer, tablet, or mobile phone with internet access, webcam functionality, microphone and speakers is required. The interviewing process will determine the ultimate winner, stand by back up and reserves and will be independently audited. THERE IS A VERY TIGHT TURNAROUND FROM MODERATION.
