WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 15 years or over.
Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent if the minor is a provisional instant winner or a 2nd chance draw winner.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion commences at 12:00am on 08/08/2016 and final entries close at 11:59pm on 05/12/2016 (“Promotional Period”). Promotion times are AEST and/or AEDT (as the case requires) for Australian residents and NZ local time for New Zealand residents.
HOW TO ENTER:
To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase any (a) specially marked Skittles product; or (b) Skittles Treat Size 150g or Skittles Fruit Bucket 720g and/or 820g from any supermarket/retailer nationally (that stocks these Skittles products) during the Promotional Period. For clarity, specially marked Skittles products include any 45g box, 200g share pack or 110g pack of Skittles that feature a Skittles Special code. Skittles Treat Size 150g or Skittles Fruit Bucket 720g and/or 820g products will not be specially marked and will not contain a Special Code. For the purposes of this promotion and these Terms and Conditions, both specially marked products and Skittles Treat Size 150g or Skittles Fruit Bucket 720g and/or 820g products will be referred to as a “Participating Product/s”.
To enter, entrants must undertake the following steps during the Promotional Period:
visit www.skittlesplay.com;
Click through to the relevant page according to their country of residence;
follow the prompts to the promotion entry page;
input the requested details (including the Skittles Special code if the entrant has purchased a specially marked Participating Product) and submit the fully completed online entry form.
Australian residents: Australian residents who submit a valid entry, will be notified instantly online if they are an instant winner. All valid entries received from non-winners of an instant prize will automatically be placed in the 2nd chance draw for any unclaimed prizes.
New Zealand residents: Each New Zealand residents who submits a valid entry during the Promotional Period will be entered into the relevant Daily Draw (as defined below), which is for New Zealand residents only and separate from the Australian prize pool.
PRIZES:
There will be one (1) instant win prize available to be won each day of the Promotional Period between 12:00am AEST on 08/08/2016 and 11:59pm AEDST on 05/12/2016. There will be a total of one hundred and twenty (120) instant prizes. The Promoter will use a computer drawing system to randomly determine one (1) time each day during the Promotional Period (the “Winning Time”). The first entry, received on or after the Winning Time on each day, will be the provisional winner of an instant prize. If the instant prize for a particular day is not won (i.e. there are no entries received on that day), the instant prize for that day will be allocated to the 2nd chance draw.
Provisional winners will be notified instantly online, as to whether or not they are a provisional instant winner (“Provisional Instant Winner”). All Provisional Instant Winners’ names will be published weekly (within 7 days) online at www.skittlesplay.com with the first publication date commencing from 15/08/2016. Provisional Instant Winners will only be confirmed as instant winners upon verification of their entry (including providing their Participating Product clearly showing the Skittles Special code) used to enter. If a Provisional Instant Winner is found not to be an eligible entrant, or their entry is deemed invalid under these conditions, the prize will be awarded in the 2nd chance draw for any unclaimed prizes.
Instant Prizes: Each instant prize is an Xbox One console valued at AUD$499.95.
New Zealand Residents:
There will be one (1) draw conducted for the entries received each day of the Promotional Period, for a total of one hundred and twenty (120) draws (“Daily Draws”). Subject to the starting and closing time of the Promotional Period, entries into each Daily Draw will open and close each day based on New Zealand standard time (UTC + 12). Each Daily Draw will take place at Prime Focus, Level 1, 500 Chapel Street, South Yarra VIC 3141 on the business day after entries close for that Daily Draw, with the first Daily Draw taking place on 09/08/2016 and the last Daily Draw taking place on 06/12/2016. For the removal of doubt, no draws will be conducted during the weekend or on a public holiday. Entries in each Daily Draw will be entered into any subsequent Daily Draw(s). Provisional winners will be notified in writing (“Provisional Daily Draw Winner”). Provisional Daily Draw Winners will only be confirmed as winners upon verification. If a Provisional Daily Draw Winner is found not to be an eligible entrant, they do not claim their prize in the required time frame, or their entry is deemed invalid under these Terms and Conditions, the prize will be awarded in the 2nd chance draw.
The first valid entry drawn in each Daily Draw, will each win an Xbox One console valued at NZD$541.15. If the drawn entry is not deemed valid, the prize will be awarded in the 2nd chance draw.
