I) The Promotion is open to all customers of Scooter Hut. To enter the competition, you must make a purchase with Scooter Hut, in-store or online, during the promotional period. Customers may enter multiple times, provided each entry is a separate purchase with a separate receipt/order number. In-store customers must provide their contact information at the time of purchase to be able to claim their winning credit. Online customers must checkout using a valid Scooter Hut account as guests may not be able to access their winning credit.

III) The promotion commences 03/07/17 at 8:59am AEST and closes 31/07/17 at 8:59am AEST.

V) Draw Schedule:
Week 1 – Entries open 9:00am AEST Monday 3rd July. Entries close 8:59am AEST Monday 10th July. Winners drawn by 5:00pm AEST Monday 10th July.
Week 2 – Entries open 9:00am AEST Monday 10th July. Entries close 8:59am AEST Monday 17th July. Winners drawn by 5:00pm AEST Monday 17th July.
Week 3 – Entries open 9:00am AEST Monday 17th July. Entries close 8:59am AEST Monday 24th July. Winners drawn by 5:00pm AEST Monday 24th July.
Week 4 – Entries open 9:00am AEST Monday 24th July. Entries close 8:59am AEST Monday 31st July. Winners drawn by 5:00pm AEST Monday 31st July.
VI) All draws are final and winners will have their Scooter Hut account, associated with the original transaction, credited directly within 24 hours of each draw. 100 winners will be drawn from the total pool of purchases made within each draw period and 400 winners in total will be drawn over the promotional period.
VII) No personal information will be provided or used for the draw, all draws will take place using the receipt/order number for your security. A list of winners will be provided, and available for a minimum of 30 days, after each draw. VIII) All winners must have access to their Scooter Hut accounts (online or in-store) to access their winning credit. Scooter Hut takes no responsibility for any entries that include incomplete, indecipherable, or incorrect information. Scooter Hut reserves the right to verify and validate any entries and to disqualify an entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
IX) The “Prize” is the total cost of your purchase not including any original shipping fees given as a credit back on your Scooter Hut account in-store or online. Winning credits are non-refundable, non-transferrable and must be used in the same location as the original purchase.
X) Scooter Hut and/or internet service providers take no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data, transmission, omission, interruption, failures of any computer equipment, software, inability to access telecommunications networks services, congestion or any other error or malfunction in relation to this promotion, including but not limited to misdirected, late or failed requests for registration.
XI) Entry into and/or winning of this competition is not in any means a stipulation of sale.
