“NBA 2k19 merch” Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the “#gotogame” (“the Competition”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and
Conditions. This is a Game of chance .
2. Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents 18 years of age or older. Directors, employees of gotogame and their immediate families (including spouse, parent, child or sibling whether or not they live in the same household) are ineligible to enter the Competition. Printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with the Competition are ineligible to enter.
3. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, head to our gleam competition page:
II) You will be contacted by gotogame once all entries have been submitted and a winners have been chosen via gleam.
4. The competition begins on Thursday 5th July, 2018 at 12 midday and will end on Thursday 12th July 2018 at 12 midday. Winners will be chosen and notified on the Friday 13th July, 2018 . Winners will be selected from all valid entries received within 2 business days of the competition close date. Winners will be notified by email and phone within 2 business days of the competition close date.
5. Prizes are:

6. Participants can enter as many times as gleam allows
7. All answers submitted must be the work of the individual submitting them. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that the answers they submit do not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to request Winners to provide proof of age, identity. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry/claim, which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
10. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied unless authorised by the Promoter. The prize value includes GST and is in Australian dollars and is correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. If a prize or part of a prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value.
11. The prize is not transferable to another person or exchangeable. The prize cannot be redeemed as cash, other goods and services or sold to a third party including online auctions and private sales. Any unused portions of the prize will be forfeited and no compensation will be paid in lieu of that element of the prize.
12. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspects of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The Promoter and its associated agencies, and companies associated with the Competition will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit.
14. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of or in connection with the Competition if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter including without limitation technical malfunctions or failures.
15. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other media outlet. You are providing your information to gotogame and not to Facebook, Twitter or any other media outlet. By participating in the Competition you agree to a complete release of Facebook, Twitter or any other media outlet from any claims. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Twitter or any other media outlet.
16. Information an entrant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Any questions, comments or complaints about the Competition must be directed to the Promoter and not to Facebook,Twitter or any other media outlet. Facebook,Twitter or any other media outlet will not be liable for any loss or damage or personal injury, which is suffered or sustained by an entrant/voter, as a result of participating in the Competition. Competition (including taking/use of a prize), except for any liability, which cannot be excluded by law.
