To enter the promotion, participants must: 1. Scan the in-store promotional QR code or visit the online page to access the entry form. 3. Complete the entry form with personal details such as first name, last name, email, phone number, and state of residence. 4. Upload a clear photo of the purchase receipt showing the retail store name, date of purchase, product information, and price paid for each product. 5. Agree to the Terms and Conditions and ensure compliance with eligibility requirements. 6. Submit the completed entry form online within the promotional period. Multiple entries are allowed with separate qualifying transactions and receipts.
