ONLINE COMPETITION - MONTHLY PRIZE DRAW FOR ALL PANDORA CLUB MEMBERS
1. Entry is only open to all Australian residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter who are directly involved with administering this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
2. All members of PANDORA Club are taking part in the monthly prize draw. This includes existing and new members. Existing members do not need to take any form of action to be part of the draw.
3. If a visitor (non-member) on www.pandora.net wishes to take part in the monthly prize draw, all they need to do is to sign up through PANDORA Club (www.pandora.net/club). Entry, Prize and Winning
4. This is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winner.
5. The Prize and its value is displayed to the visitors (members and non-members) on the website (www.pandora.net). This is the only place the draw will be promoted.
6. To enter the monthly draw the visitor (non-member) must sign up to PANDORA Club by entering their: First name, Last name, Gender, Email address (will become their login username), Postcode & Agree to the PANDORA Club terms & conditions
None of the above will have any saying in the entrants chances of winning. The draw is performed purely by game of chance mechanics.
7. Promotion period: The competition commences on 10th February 2014 12.01 AM AEST and closes on 28th February 2014 11.59 PM AEST
8. Every entrant who has been a member of PANDORA Club during the entire period is taking part in the draw.
9. The draw will be performed by PANDORA Jewelry Australia (Central) 6 Jubilee Avenue, Warriewood, 2102, NSW, Australia. The draw will be performed by a random numbers generator (software) on 6th March 2014 13.00 PM AEST.
10. The winner will be contacted directly via email within five working days after the draw date.
11. The Prize consists of items: 1 x 590713, 1 x 791244CZ, 1 x 791241CZ, 1 x 791253CZS | valued at AUD 282.00
12. The Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied by a winner. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the Prizes with a prize or prizes of equal or greater value (including where the Prizes are unavailable).
13. The winner has 90 days to claim the prize (after the initial contact attempts). The Promoter may award a forfeited Prize to the next randomly chosen Entry, if the original winner has not claimed his or her Prize.
If the Prize is not claimed on 6th June 2014, the winner will forfeit his or her Prize. The Promoter may award a forfeited Prize to the next randomly chosen Entry. The winner of any unclaimed Prize will be notified by email on 12th June 2014.
14. Entries / sign ups are deemed to be received by the Promoter at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of Entries and to disqualify any Entries which do not meet validation criteria or which are not submitted in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
16. An entrant can only enter once per month, however the same entrant can be chosen as winner for 2 or more months.
17. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for any lost, late, inaccurate or misdirected Entries.
18. The Promoter has no control over internet or mobile telephone communications, network lines, bugs / viruses and server problems and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for whatever reason.
19. Any Entry that is lodged by automatic, repetitive, robotic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents, including the use of a competition entry service (as determined in the absolute discretion of the Promoter) will void the entrants Entry.
20. The Promoters decision is final.
21. No purchase, consideration or entry fee is required to enter the Competition.
General
22. All tax liability arising as a result of accepting any of the Prizes is the responsibility of the winner.
23. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the Promotion or receiving, taking or using the Prizes except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
24. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the Conditions of Entry.
25. If any act or omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
26. The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If you do not provide the mandatory personal information requested then you will not be able to take part in the Promotion. By entering this Promotion, each entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the entrants personal information to administer the Promotion and disclosing the entrants personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Promotion, and to third parties as required by law. The entrant is taken to consent to the Promoters privacy policy (which is available upon request). By entering into this Promotion, each entrant also consents to the Promoter using their personal information for future marketing purposes, unless otherwise advised by the entrant. An entrant may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter, upon request to the Promoter or through PANDORA Club (www.pandora.net/club).
27. By entering the Competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. PANDORA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants. PANDORA reserves the right to remove all submitted entries if these instructions are not followed and/or if a participant is found to have cheated.
28. PANDORA takes no responsibility for lost or misdirected entries. Events may occur that render the Competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of PANDORA and accordingly PANDORA may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to PANDORA as a result thereof.
29. By participating in this Competition you agree to accept these General Terms & Conditions for the Competition and PANDORA Club.
30. PANDORA assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, the Competition. PANDORA is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrants or referrals or any other persons computer related to or resulting from participation in this Competition.
31. PANDORA reserves the right to amend these General Terms & Conditions at any time subject to regulatory authority approval. Furthermore, PANDORA reserves the right to extend, change or terminate the Competition at any time subject to regulatory authority approval.
