At this celebration of food and culture, more than 30 Italian-inspired stalls and pop-ups will offer a huge range of authentic fare – from espresso to pizza, nutella bomboloni and gnocchi. There will also be Cannoli and Gelato Eating Competitions, plus a Ninga Nonna pantofole throwing competition!
Entertainment at the festival comes in the form of internationally acclaimed Gruppo Storico Fivizzano Flag Throwers, who lead the entertainment line-up. They'll be joined by the Brisbane Tarantella Dancers, swordsmen Prima Spada, historical re-enactment specialists Pax Romana, performers Diletta Luna from Brisbane and Two Italian Guys from Sydney, and famed pizza acrobat Youssef Ben-Touati.
