(b) Entrants must be a registered iHeartRadio Australia user. A registered user means anyone who is an Australian resident who has downloaded the iHeartRadio Australia App and registered their details; or who is an Australian resident who has registered with iHeartRadio Australia with their details online at https://www.iheart.com/. Permit No.: NSW Permit No. LTPM/18/03525 9: How to Enter During the Competition Period: (a) Listeners will be invited via Station on-air, online and social media commercials to visit the Station Website and complete the online Entry Form including by providing their contact details – full name, phone number, e-mail and address. (b) Each Entry submitted by the time specified by the Station will be placed into a random Prize Draw. (c) The Promoter will select five (5) Entries and those Entrants will be deemed a Winner and receive a Prize. Bonus Entries: Upon completing the online Entry Form, Entrants will be presented with three (3) opportunities for Bonus Entries as outlined below. This opportunity for Bonus Entries is capped at one (1) per Entrant. 11: Challenge Details N/A 12: Draw Details One (1) draw will be conducted, as follows: • Draw: Friday, 21st December 2018 at 9.00am AEDST at the Australian Radio Network - 3 Byfield Street, North Ryde, New South Wales 2113 13: Prize Details There is up to five (5) Prizes to be won, as follows: • $200.00 AUD cash including GST 14: Total Prize Value Up to $1,000.00 AUD including GST 15: Winner Notification Winners will be notified: • via e-mail; and / or • via telephone. 16: Publication Details The Winners of the Prize will be published on Friday, 21st December 2018 on iHeartRadio Australia’s website: http://www.iheartradio.com.au/ 17: Prize Claim Date, Time and Delivery The Prize must be claimed by Friday, 22nd March 2019 at 5.00pm AEDST. If the Winner does not claim the Prize by 5.00pm AEDST on Friday, 22nd March 2019, they will forfeit the Prize and another Winner will be drawn. The Prize will be transferred to the Winner’s nominated bank account via electronic funds transfer (or to the nominated bank account of the Winner’s parent / guardian if the Winner is under 18 years of age). 18: Unclaimed Prize Draw If the Prize has not been claimed, an Unclaimed Prize Draw to select a new Winner will be drawn on Monday, 25th March 2019 at 10.00am AEDST. 19: Special Conditions (a) Entrants must be a registered user of iHeartRadio Australia to be eligible to Enter this Competition.
