Win Christmas in New York! - PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Promotion will be open from 00:01 AEST on 01/07/2014 until 23:59 AEST on 25/07/2014 or until stocks of the promotion cards are exhausted, whichever occurs first (Promotion Period).
WHO CAN ENTER?
Entry in the Promotion is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over, excluding:
(a) management, employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter, its related entities, the Participating Cafes and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including suppliers of the prizes);
(b) a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling of a person referred to in paragraph 5(a) of these Terms;
(c) persons who have breached the terms and conditions of any promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter,
(Eligible Entrants). The persons referred to in paragraph 5(b) of these Terms includes natural and non-natural relations (in the opinion of the Promoter) and the Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an Eligible Entrant in its absolute discretion.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter and be eligible to win, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
(a) purchase any meal with a minimum value of $23.90 plus an eligible Coca-Cola drink (Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola Zero, Diet Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta or Lift in any size) from a Participating Cafe (Qualifying Purchase);
(b) request a promotion card featuring a six (6) character unique entry code (Unique Code) (Promotion Card) at the time of making the Qualifying Purchase, while stocks last;
(c) visit www.hogsbreath.com.au and follow the links to the online Promotion entry site (Promotion Entry Site);
(d) fully complete and submit the online promotion entry form (Online Entry Form) on the Promotion Entry Site by:
i. entering all details required by the Promoter, including but not limited to, the Unique Code located on their Promotion Card, their first name, last name, email address, postal address, contact phone number and date of birth; and
ii. indicating their acceptance of these Terms; and
(e) meet the entry requirements in accordance with these Terms
PRIZE:
The Major Prize comprises of:
(a) Return economy airfares for two (2) people from the Major Prize winner’s nearest Australian capital city, Auckland, NZ or Wellington, NZ, to New York City;
