Promotional Period: The competition will run from 12:00pm AEDT on Wednesday the 30th of November 2022 until 11:59pm AEDT on Monday the 9th of January 2023.
Eligible Entrants: Entry is open to Australian residents only who are 18 years and over. Directors, management, employees, officers, contractors, and their immediate families of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
How to Enter: To enter the competition, an Entrant must, during the Promotional Period, sign up to the Promoter’s newsletter by providing their full name and email address via the Promoter’s website at vittoriacoffee.com.
Only one (1) Entry per Entrant will be accepted.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant or Entry that is not accordance or compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Winning Entries will be checked for compliance with the entry conditions.
This is a game of chance where entries will be chosen completely at random. The winning entries will be drawn by the Promoter at 12:00pm AEDT on Thursday the 12th of January 2023 (Draw Date) at Portobello PR – Suite 2, 246 Oxford Street, Paddington NSW 2021
The winners will be notified via email within 3 days of the Draw Date and announced on the Promoter’s website at vittoriacoffee.com.
Prize(s) : The first four (4) valid Entries drawn will win a choice of one
(1) of the following prizes:
1. 1 kilogram of Vittoria Coffee beans delivered per month for 12 months (max 12kg); or
2. 1 kilogram of Vittoria Coffee ground delivered per month for 12 months (max 12kg); or
3. 5 packs of Vittoria Coffee Nespresso* Compatible 10 x Capsules delivered per month for 12 months (max 60 packs); or
4. 5 packs of Vittoria Coffee Espressotoria* System Coffee 12 x Capsules delivered per month for 12 months (max 60 packs); or
5. 4 x 100g jars of Vittoria Instant Coffee delivered per month for 12 months (max 48 jars); or
6. 4 packs of Vittoria Coffee 20 x Bags delivered per month for 12 months (max 48 packs)
The total prize pool has a maximum value of $3,000 Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Prizes include free standard shipping to metro areas.
Winners must confirm acceptance of the prize by 12:00pm AEDT on Thursday, the 19th January 2023 (Prize Claim Date). If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date, those winners are deemed to have forfeited their prize and a redraw for those prizes will be conducted on 1:00pm AEDT on Friday the 20th January 2023. No compensation will be given to the original winner.
The Prize will be delivered to the winners in 12 separate monthly deliveries, with the first month’s delivery to be posted out to the winners within one month of the draw date, no later than Monday 20th of February 2023. Afterwards, the Promoter will post out each prize monthly. Timing of the delivery is subject to Australia Post delivery times and service updates.
It is a condition of entry that the Promoter has the right to publicise, broadcast and communicate to the public the names, characters, likenesses, or voices of entrants for any promotion or matter incidental to the competition. All entrants accept and permit the use of this information on any medium. Entrant’s information will be collected, held, used and disclosed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available here.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter will not be responsible for any loss, injury, cost, expense, harm or damage whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly as a result of this competition, including without limitation, where it arises from:
- theft or fraud;
- the unauthorised access to or alteration of entries;
- an error, interruption, misdirection, deletion, defect, or delay in the transmission of information related to this competition which is beyond the reasonable control
- any third-party interference.
- any technical malfunctions or problems with computer equipment or software
- the redemption of gift vouchers, and
- participation in this competition generally.
If this competition is not viable or able to be conducted as originally anticipated due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion alter, suspend, or cancel the competition as deemed reasonably appropriate.?In the unlikely event of this occurring, a notice will be posted on the Promoter’s website and Instagram channel.
