Entry is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years and older, where the Channel Seven signal is received. However, employees and their immediate family members of Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Coles Group Ltd, their associated agencies, companies, and any prize suppliers are not eligible to enter. Immediate family members include a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, or sibling living in the same residence. Entrants must be available for a live video call via Facetime or Zoom from Weekend Sunrise on Sunday, 10th May 2026, between 7:00am and 10:00am (AEST).

The competition closes on Saturday, 9th May 2026, at 10:00am AEST.

To enter, participants must visit the Weekend Sunrise website during the competition period, which starts on Saturday, 2nd May 2026 at 7:00am AEST, and concludes on Saturday, 9th May 2026 at 10:00am AEST. Entrants need to register their full name, state, postcode, email address, and mobile phone number on the competition page. They must also submit an answer to the competition question in 25 words or less: "Why do you deserve a voucher from Coles this Mother's Day?" Additionally, they must tick a checkbox confirming their availability for a live video call via Facetime or Zoom on Sunday, 10th May 2026, between 7:00am and 10:00am (AEST). Entrants can submit multiple entries throughout the competition period.

There are five prizes available in the competition. Each prize consists of a $200 Coles voucher, making the total prize pool valued at up to $1,000.00 AUD (including GST). The prize is non-transferrable, and no cash alternative is available. Winners will receive their Coles Online Voucher via the email address provided in their competition entry form. Ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are the responsibility of the winners.
