1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 16 years or over. Entrants between 16 and up to but not including 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
3. Promotion commences at 00:01am AEDST on 03/04/2014 and final entries close at 11:59pm AEST on 16/04/2014 (“Promotional Period”).

5. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
6. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
7. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (b) a maximum of one (1) entry per Facebook account and person per day is permitted.
8. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
9. There will be one (1) draw conducted for each day of the Promotional Period, for a total of fourteen (14) draws (“Daily Draws”). Subject to the starting and closing time of the Promotional Period, entries into each Daily Draw will open and close each day based on Sydney local time. Each Daily Draw will take place at Greeneagle Distribution, Unit 10, 20 Ricketty Street, Mascot NSW 2020 at 3:00pm on the business day after entries close for that Daily Draw, with the first Daily Draw taking place on 04/04/2014 and the last Daily Draw taking place on 17/04/2014. For the removal of doubt, no draws will be conducted during the weekend. Entries in each Daily Draw will NOT be entered into any subsequent Daily Draw(s). Winners will be notified via telephone and in writing within two (2) business days of the relevant Daily Draw and each winner of a prize valued at over AUD$250 will have their name published on the Facebook Page on the following day as the relevant Daily Draw. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The prizes available to be won in each Daily Draw are set out in the table below. There will be two (2) prizes to be won in each Daily Draw. The first valid entry drawn in each Daily Draw will win the two (2) prizes listed for that Daily Draw. The purposes of awarding two (2) prizes, in each Daily Draw, is so that the winner can keep one (1) prize and give the other prize to a nominated friend. It is the winner’s responsibility to deliver the additional prize to their nominated friend, and no obligation of the Promoter to ensure the friend receives a prize. The Promoter will not be liable for costs involved to deliver the second prize to the winner’s nominated friend. It is the winner’s choice to decide to whom they would like to award the second prize.

13. If a winner of prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf.
14. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause and to applicable laws, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize (or an element of the prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
15. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
16. Total prize pool value is AUD$12,667.98. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
17. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 22/07/2014 at the same time and place as the original draws, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any are required, will be notified via telephone and in writing within two (2) business days of the draw. Winners’ names for prizes valued at over AUD$250 will be published on the Facebook Page from 23/07/2014.
