Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older (“Entrants”). The promoters are Velocity Rewards Pty Ltd of 56 Edmondstone Road, Bowen Hills, QLD 4006 ABN 98 116 089 448 and Velocity Frequent Flyer Pty Ltd ABN 44 169 684 093 (together Velocity) of 56 Edmondstone Road, Bowen Hills, Queensland 4006 (together referred to as “Promoters”). PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The Promotion commences at 12.00 am AEDST on 3 November 2014 and ends at 11.59 pm AEDST on 14 November 2014 (“Promotional Period”). HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Promotion, Entrants must complete the following during the Promotional Period: a. visit http://shop.velocityfrequentflyer.com, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page and fully complete the entry form registering their details including, name, email address, Velocity Frequent Flyer number (optional) and create a password; then b. play “12 Days of Rewards” (“Game”). The Game requires people to match product images to the correct Velocity Frequent Flyer Points value as stated on the Velocity Rewards Store located at https://shop.velocityfrequentflyer.com/. The Game consists of five (5) levels. Entrants gain one (1) entry for each level of the Game they successfully complete (i.e. where they correctly match all product images for that level to the correct Velocity Frequent Flyer Points value as stated on the Velocity Rewards Store located at https://shop.velocityfrequentflyer.com/). Entrants can play the Game a maximum of three (3) times a day. For the removal of doubt, each Entrant may gain a maximum of fifteen (15) entries per day.
