More than 70 per cent of the showgrounds are dedicated to free entertainment and activities including the spectacular night show Ekka NITES, 10,000 animals on show and performances by a number of family favourites like Bananas in Pyjamas Live, The Farm Yard Friends stage show and the Feathered Friends bird spectacular.
