Who can enter this competition?
The competition is open to Australian residents who are 18 years or older and live in the Metro areas of Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Canberra. However, the staff and immediate families of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, and of the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion, including the terms and conditions providers TPAL (Trade Promotions and Lotteries Pty Ltd) are ineligible to enter.

The promotion starts on Sunday, 16 July at 9 am and ends on Wednesday, 16 August at 11:55 PM AEDT. No entries will be accepted outside this time.

What is the prize they can win?
One prize winner will receive 8 Elato Ice cream tubs (2 of each flavour) and 9 Charlie’s Mish Mash Cookies (3 of each flavour). In addition, six other winners will each receive 2 Elato Ice cream tubs and 3 Charlie’s Mish Mash Cookies.
What is the total worth of the prize?
The total prize pool is valued at over $400 (including GST).
How will the winners be notified?
The winners will be notified via email no later than 21 August 2023. They will also be announced on Charlie’s Fine Food Co and Elato's social media pages.
Are there any specific terms of entry to be aware of?
The promotion is a game of chance and the winners will be selected at random. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter may not accept a particular entry, may disqualify an entry, or cancel the entire Promotion at any time without giving reasons. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information for the purposes of facilitating the promotion and awarding any prizes.
