How do you enter?

7. To enter, you must, during the promotion period:
a. Visit http://www.facebook.com/aglenergy ("Facebook Page");
b. Like the AGL Energy Facebook Page
c. Complete the multiple-choice quiz; and
d. Answer the following question? "What is your most amazing animal fact?"
("Eligible Entry").
8. Entrants may only enter once based on their full name.
9. Any entry that is made on behalf of an Entrant by a third party will be invalid.
10. Entries that are incomplete, incorrect or illegible will be deemed invalid.
11. All entries and the intellectual property in them become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use any content (in whole or in part) from the entries including reproducing (in any media and with or without accreditation as to the author) the response to the questions in promotion,marketing or other materials. The Promoter may authorise others to use any of the rights which it maintains as owner of the intellectual property in the entries.
12. Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that its entries are the original work of the entrant and that the exercise by the Promoter of its rights will not breach the rights of any other person. Prizes and Judging
13. The competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on factual correctness, creativity and originality. The best entry as determined by the judges, will win a prize.
14. There are 9 prizes to be won over the promotional period. Prizes consist of:
a. 1 x family pass for 2 adults with 2 children to the winner's choice of either Melbourne Zoo, or Adelaide Zoo to the maximum value of $85.00(including GST)
("Daily Prize")
b. 1 x Behind the Scenes animal encounter for 2 adults with 2 children at Melbourne Zoo to the maximum value of $650.00 (including GST)
c. 1 x Behind the Scenes animal encounter for 2 adults with 2 children at Adelaide Zoo to the maximum value of $650.00 (including GST)
("Major Prize")
15. 7 Daily Prizes and 2 Major Prizes will be awarded during thePromotion. The total prize pool value is $1895.00 (incl. GST).
16. Judging of all eligible entries will take place at Thrive Sydney offices, 706/2 Huntley Street, Alexandria, NSW 2015.
17. Daily prizes will be awarded to the single eligible entrant judged to have the most creative answer to the entry question received each day during the promotional period.
18. The Major Prize will be awarded to the single eligible entrant judged to have the winning answer to the entry question received at any time during the promotional period.
19. The decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. Winners will be notified in writing via direct message on Facebook within 2 days of judging.
21. If a prize remains unclaimed after 3 months, or a winner is disqualified in accordance with these terms and conditions, the prize will be forfeited and distributed at our discretion.
