Win Flights, Accommodation, Spending Money and Parking - 1. This competition ("Competition") is conducted by Sunshine Coast Airport Pty Ltd ATF
Sunshine Coast Airport Trust (SCAPL) of ABN 80-884-271-876 of 10 Electra Lane, Marcoola
QLD 4564 4218, phone 1300 993 543, (“Promoter").
2. Entry to the Competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. All entry
instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these terms and
conditions.
3. The Competition is only open to individuals who:
(i) are Australian citizens or permanent residents aged 18 years or over.
(ii) enter via https://win.sunshinecoastairport.com.au/ and subscribe to
sunshinecoastairport.com.au email newsletters during the promotional period.
(iii) who are not employees of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their
agencies associated with the Competition; ("Entrant").
4. The Competition commences at 8:00am AEST on Monday 7 March 2022 and closes at 03:00
pm AEST on Monday 4 April 2022 ("Entry Period").
5. Except as otherwise indicated, all amounts stated in these conditions are stated in Australian
dollars.
6. To enter, entrants must visit https://win.sunshinecoastairport.com.au/ and spin to land on a
holiday destination at random, complete the online form and subscribe to
sunshinecoastairport.com.au email newsletters and submit the fully completed entry form
during the entry period. Entrants must include their full name, email, date of birth, phone,
postcode and preferred domesticdestination they would like to fly to.
7. Multiple entries from the same entrant are not permitted.
8. On submission of the online entry form, the entrant will be taken to a confirmation of
entry/thank you page.
9. Entry and continued participation in the Promotion is dependent on the entrant following
and acting in accordance with Facebook Statement of Rights and Responsibilities
(http://www.facebook.com/terms.php). Any questions or comments regarding the
Promotion must be directed to the Promoter, not to Facebook. The entrant releases
Facebook and their associated companies from all liabilities arising in respect of the
Promotion. Entrants acknowledge that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or
administered by, or associated with Facebook.
10. There is no cost to enter the competition; however, internet connection and usage rates
may apply. Entrants should obtain details of such costs from their service providers. The
Promoter is not and will not be liable for any such costs.
11. Entries must be received during the Entry Period. The Promoter takes no responsibility for
late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, illegible or misdirected entries or for any delays
or failures in any telecommunications service or equipment.
12. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants
(including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole
discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached
any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any
unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of
the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure
by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of
those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from
such an offender are reserved.
13. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
14. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its
sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
THE PRIZE AND THE WINNER
15. A single winner (“Winner”) will be selected at 4.00 pm AEST on Monday 4 April 2022 at
Studio Untitled, Lower Ground, 282 Wickham St, Fortitude Valley QLD 4011.
16. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an
invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
17. The Prize Winner will be notified in writing via email within two days of the draw and will
have 72 hours from date of email notification to claim prize. The Prize notification will state
that the Prize has been won and will include instructions as to how the Winner may claim
the Prize and establish his/her entitlement to it. The Winner must be able to prove to the
Promoter’s satisfaction, that he/she satisfies the requirements of being an Entrant pursuant
to condition these Terms and Conditions.
18. Should the prize not be claimed, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at 4.00
pm AEST on Thursday 7 April 2022 at Studio Untitled, Lower Ground, 282 Wickham St,
Fortitude Valley QLD 4011 to distribute any prize unclaimed by that date subject to any
written directions given by a relevant lotteries or gaming authority. The Winner of any
unclaimed prize will be notified in writing via the email address provided in the entry form
within two days of the draw depending upon the information they provided to the Promoter
when entering.
19. The Winner is entitled to flights, accommodation, parking and spending money to the
maximum value listed in the table below. The total retail value of this prize is worth
approximately $2,500 (AUD).
20. The winner will receive:
(i) 1 x $1,000 Webjet voucher (to be used on accommodation).
(ii) Return flights for 2 x people only to a domestic destination of their choice from the list
of routes Sunshine Coast Airport offers direct flights between (Adelaide, Melbourne,
Sydney, Newcastle or Canberra) to the maximum value of $1,000.
(iii) 1 x $500 VISA ONLY 1 Gift Card and;
(iv) Complimentary parking at Sunshine Coast Airport for the maximum duration of 5 x days
in the ‘ParkTerminal’ car park.
21. This prize will be deemed fully used once a qualifying booking has been made and confirmed
to be available. The prize will not be reinstated, refunded or replaced, even in the event that
the reservation is cancelled or changed. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not
transferable or exchangeable, residual amounts will not be refunded and cannot be taken as
cash.
22. No refunds will be issued for the value of the prize if travel plans are cancelled or altered. All
costs above the value of the prize including any change or cancellation fees are the
responsibility of the winner.
23. The winner accepts where necessary, he/she may be subject to the terms and conditions of
another party where the element of the prize is not offered by SCAPL.
24. Prize is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
ACCOMMODATION

FLIGHTS
Return domestic flights from Sunshine Coast Airport for 2 x people to the destination of choice
(determined by ‘spin and win’ method) will be booked by Sunshine Coast Airport staff directly for
the winner/s preferred dates to the maximum value of $1,000.00. Terms and conditions of carriage

SPENDING MONEY
The winner will receive 1 x VISA ONLY 1 gift card to the value of $500.00. For full terms and

for 1 x vehicle for a maximum duration of 5 days. Complimentary parking will be provided to the

GENERAL
25. The Entrant grants these rights to the Promoter which are perpetual and acknowledges that
the Entrant will not receive any payment, royalty or other consideration (whether monetary
or otherwise) from the Promoter in connection with the making, use or storage of the
Content.
26. If for any reason the conduct or operation of the Competition is interfered with or disrupted
in any way (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil
unrest, strikes, computer bugs or viruses, tampering or technical failures), subject to any
relevant lotteries or gaming authority regulation’s, the Promoter reserves the right to
cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Competition.
27. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for:
(i) any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any
communication sent to (or by) the Promoter or any Entrant whether caused by problems
with communication networks or lines, computer systems, software or internet service
providers, congestion on any carrier network or otherwise,
(ii) any theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of such communications;
(iii) Any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any computer system or other
equipment used for the conduct of the Competition;
(iv) any incorrect or incomplete information which may be communicated in the course of
the administering of this Competition (whether as a result of one of the foregoing causes
or otherwise);
(v) any delay in delivery, or failure of safe delivery of the Prize.
28. All of the Promoter's decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into. If for
any reason any element of the Prize becomes unavailable or not capable of being delivered
to the Winner for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control the Promoter will
have no obligation to provide a similar prize to the Winner or otherwise compensate the
Winner in any way.
29. All Entrants enter the Competition at their own risk and the Winner accepts the Prize at his
or her own risk. To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies
and agencies and any of their personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for and
indemnify the Promoter in respect of any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or
expense) which is suffered or incurred by any Entrant in connection with the Competition or
Prize.
30. The Entrant acknowledges and permits the Promoter during and after the Competition to:
(i) collect, store, handle, access, manage, transfer, use and disclose personal information
about the Entrant, including name, email, age, post code and phone, in connection with
the Content. This includes transmission outside of Australia. The Entrant may revoke its
consent to this clause at any time upon written notice to the Promoter.
(ii) allow the Promoter to announce the winner post-competition through its respective
owned media/social media channels ensuring transparency to other entrants.
(iii) contact the Entrant for any reason related to the Competition or other activities of the
Promoter.

32. The Promoter reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions and/or to
cancel the competition at any time prior to the competition opening without further
