1. The Prize is a certificate which entitles the winner to two direct flights from Newcastle Airport to Auckland Airport flying Virgin Australia. Prize Certificate is valid until 17 February 2019. The Expiry Date cannot be extended. Your outbound flight must depart prior to the Expiry Date of this Prize Certificate. Prize pool valued at $2052.
2. The Prize Certificate & flights are non-redeemable for cash.
3. Tickets redeemed under this Prize Certificate are valid on Virgin Australia operated non-stop Auckland to Newcastle flights only and not codeshare services.
4. Flights redeemed under this Prize Certificate is for travel periods 27 November 2018 to 19 December 2019 and 13 January 2019 to 17 February 2019 only.
5. Tickets are non-transferable.
6. Ticket is for 2 passengers to travel on the booking.
7. Tickets redeemed under this Prize Certificate are subject to availability as determined by Virgin Australia.
8. This is a Game of Skill.
9. Competition closes 22 November 2018 7pm.

15. If the prize is unclaimed or un-awarded a prize draw will be conducted on 29 November 2018 9am.

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter and the Newcastle Airport & Virgin Australia (including their respective officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for and exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or correspondence that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether received by the Promoter or not) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in the prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;(e) any tax liability incurred by an entrant or winner; or (f) use of a prize.
