This entry form can be found via rockport.com.au.Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction, including any telephone, telephone or computer network, telephone lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this Promotion.LIMITATIONS ON ENTRYOne entry allowed per person (identified by email). Multiple entries per household are allowed. Persons wishing to enter must comply with condition 1.1.DURATIONThe competition commences at the time specified in Condition 1.2 on the date specified in Condition 1.3. Entries must be received by the time specified in Condition 1.4 on the date specified in Condition 1.5.SELECTION OF WINNERThere will be one (1) winner drawn from the total entrant database at the time specified in condition 1.6 on the date specified in condition 1.7, and will be conducted at the location specified in condition 1.8. The first valid entry as per condition 1.1 drawn will win the prize. The ‘Win A Year's Supply of Rockports’ competition is a game of chance, thus skill plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry has a random and equal chance of being drawn. All entries received during the promotion period will be entered into the draw. They will be contacted via the email address which was entered into the competition. Despite the Promoter’s best efforts to contact the prize winner or deliver a prize, if a prize remains unclaimed by 13th January 2020 then, subject to any written directions given by a relevant lotteries or gaming authority the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the same time and place as the original prize draw on that date to distribute the unclaimed prize. The first valid entry drawn will win the unclaimed prize. The winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by email 48 hours after the draw.
