Shingle Inn You Be the Judge Coffee Promotion 29 August – 4 October 2016
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry to the competition commences 7am AEST Monday 29th August 2016, and finishes 5pm AEST Tuesday 4 October 2016.
Entry is open to everyone 18 years of age or older. Employees of Shingle Inn Franchising Pty Ltd (The Promoter) are ineligible to enter.
To enter the competition customers must purchase a coffee based drink at their participating Shingle Inn cafe. Select coffee beverages include all hot coffee and cold coffee standard menu items. During the promotional period customers will receive a competition entry form with their purchase.
Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
Multiple entries are permitted. Customers can enter as many times as they like during the promotional period using the above method so long as each entry is accompanied by a proof of purchase.
At the end of the promotional period, 1 winning entry will be drawn for each Shingle Inn caf? location at 11am AEST Friday, 7th October 2016.
Each winner will be contacted by a Shingle Inn store representative to be awarded their prize and advised of how they can redeem it. Winners will be notified by the Store by 1st November 2016.
All winners will have their details published on the Shingle Inn website by Friday 14th October 2016.
Prizes are non-transferrable.
Accumulative Prize Value (Major & Minor) approx. $1500 per Shingle Inn location.
The prize includes 1 regular sized coffee per day, per winner. Culminating in 365 coffees over the course of 1 year. The Free coffee for a year includes 1 coffee per person, per day from the selected store only. Not redeemable for cash or transferable. Once coffee is a standard hot drink each day only.
Prize can only be redeemed from issuing Shingle Inn location. Prizes are not transferable between Shingle Inn locations.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process.
The Promoter does not accept responsibility for late, lost, misdirected entries or entries sent but not received by the Promoter. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter.
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
Entrants have the choice to sign up to the Shingle Inn Notebook program. By signing up to the Notebook program customers will receive monthly specials and offers. The personal information supplied to the Promoter for the purpose of entering this competition may be used for future marketing and publicity purposes, and this information may be disclosed to organisations to which we outsource our mailing functions. The personal information may also be disclosed to third parties to determine whether an entrant has breached these terms and conditions. You consent to us so using and disclosing your personal information.
