What are the prize details for this competition?
Win free loan repayments for 12 months or $15,000 cash! - The competition commences on 15 January 2014 at 8.00am (AEDT) in all States except VIC where it will commence on 20 January 2014 at 8.am and concludes on 31 January 2014 at 6.00pm (AEDT) (the “Promotion Period”).
Entry is open to all natural persons who are residents of Australia (aged 18 years or over). However, employees and their immediate families of Pulse Communications PTY LTD, National Australia Bank Limited (NAB), Salmat Digital Pty Limited and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
Online entry
Australian residents can enter this competition online via UBank’s facebook page (www.facebook.com/ubank). To enter, entrants must:
a. “like” UBank’s facebook page; and
b. fill in their details (full name, address, telephone number, email address and whether they have an existing UBank home loan;
c. choose a key and once the entrant has selected their key, try to open the green door located on UBank’s facebook page.
Minor Prize
There are 60 Minor Prizes of $500 EFTPOS Gift Cards to be won. Minor Prizes have a total value of AU$30,000. Entrants will be notified during their participation in the competition if they are a Minor Prize winner. Winners of a Minor Prize will also win an Entry Prize. Minor prizes can only be won at the Competition Locations in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Online entrants cannot win Minor Prizes. Minor prizes are only available to be won in QLD, NSW & VIC, see Competition Locations table.
Major Prize
One Entry Prize winner will be drawn at random on 5 February 2014 at 11:00am (AEDT) and will win the Major Prize, being either:
a. if the customer has a UBank home loan: principal and interest repayments for their UBank home loan paid for 12 months (from April 2014 in accordance with the winner’s regular home loan repayment schedule) up to AU$40,000, where repayments will be made directly into the winner’s UHomeLoan account (“UBank Home Loan Major Prize”); or
b. if the customer has a home loan with another Australian lender and wishes to refinance that home loan to UBank: subject to clause 15, principal and interest repayments for their UBank home loan paid for 12 months (from the date falling two months after the date of settlement of their UHomeLoan, or such other date as agreed by the winner and UBank, in accordance with the winners regular home loan repayment schedule) up to AU$40,000, where repayments will be made directly into the winner’s UHomeLoan account (“Refinance Major Prize”); or
c. if the customer elects to take the Alternative Major Prize: subject to clause 17, a prize of AU$15,000 paid into a USaver Account (the “Alternative Major Prize”).
