Who can enter the 'Win Illuminate Adelaide double passes' competition?

All individuals who are 18 years of age and over, members of RAA, and residents of South Australia or Broken Hill are eligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate are ineligible.

When does the competition start and end?

The competition starts on 9 May 2023 and ends on 19 June 2023.

How can one enter the competition?

To enter the competition, participants must fill out the entry form on the RAA competition web page (https://our.raa.com.au/membership/competitions) or send an entry by post to the provided address. Only one valid entry per person is allowed.

What is the prize and its total worth?

The prize is 10 double passes to the Resonate light installation at Adelaide Botanic Garden on Thursday, 13 July at 6.30pm. Each winner will receive one double pass. The total prize pool is valued at $840.

How will the prize winner be selected and notified?

A random electronic process will be used to conduct a prize draw on 26 June 2023 at 10am ACDT. The winner will be notified by email (or by phone if necessary) and must respond within 7 days of being notified to claim the prize.

What happens if the prize remains unclaimed?

If the prize remains unclaimed for 7 days after the winner has been notified, the Promoter will conduct a redraw at the same place as the original draw. The winner will be notified by phone and email if applicable.

How will the personal information of entrants be handled?

The Promoter will collect personal information from each entrant for the purpose of conducting the prize draw. Entry into the competition is conditional on providing the required personal information. The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and its privacy policy, which can be viewed on www.raa.com.au.

Are there any restrictions or limitations on the prize?

The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party supplier/operator. The prize is only redeemable on the specified date and time of the Resonate light installation.

The Promoter will not be responsible for the prize winner's failure to update their contact information or any inaccurate or incorrect transcription of entry information. The Promoter also disclaims responsibility for lost, late, or illegible entries, technical failures, unavailability of services, unauthorized intervention, or any loss suffered by the winner or accompanying individuals.
