Who can enter the Zarraffa’s Coffee® Easter Social Media Trade Promotion 2024?
Permanent residents of Queensland (QLD), New South Wales (NSW), and Western Australia (WA) are eligible to enter. Minors are not eligible.
When does the promotion close, and how can one enter?
The promotion commences on March 28, 2024, at 12:01 am AEST and ends on April 1, 2024, at 11:59 pm AEST. To enter, eligible persons must submit an "Online Entry" by commenting on the "Twelve Days of Coffee" social media post(s) published by Zarraffa’s official Facebook and/or Instagram account, tag two social media users, and follow the official Zarraffa’s Coffee Instagram or Facebook account.
What is the prize/s won in the promotion, and what is the total prize pool amount?
The promotion winner will receive twenty (20) Zarraffa’s Coffee® hampers, each containing four (4) Okapi Capsules (Indonesian Sumatra Blue) and three (3) 400ml Syrups (Vanilla, Chai, and Caramel). The total prize pool consists of eighty (80) Okapi Capsules and sixty (60) 400ml Syrups.
When is the draw conducted, and how is the winner notified?
The draw will be conducted by Zarraffa’s on April 3, 2024, at the Draw Location. The promotion winner will be notified within five (5) working days of the draw date via their Instagram or Facebook profile page.
How does the promotion winner claim the prize?
Upon contact from Zarraffa’s, the promotion winner must confirm their preferred method of receiving the prize: mailed/couriered, issued electronically via email, or collected from Zarraffa’s at the Draw Location.
What happens if the prize is unclaimed?
If required, an unclaimed prize redraw will be conducted by Zarraffa’s on July 4, 2024, at the Draw Location, excluding any previous promotion winners.
