Terms and Conditions
1. This competition is conducted by RAW Sunshine Coast (ABN: 49 295 198 114) of 23 Kayleigh Drive, Maroochydore, Queensland 4558, Australia.
2. Information regarding prizes and how to enter, forms part of these terms and conditions. By entering this competition, contestants accept these terms and conditions.
3. Entry is open to Australian residents only. Participants must be 15 years and over to be eligible to enter. Employees of RAW Sunshine Coast and their immediate families and the suppliers and agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
This is a game of chance.
Contestants must enter during the period from 9:00am Qld time on 28th July 2017 to 17:30pm Qld time on 30th
September 2017 (“Competition Period”).
To enter, contestants must:
Spend a minimum of $50.00 in a single transaction
One (1) entry for every $50.00 spent – i.e. $153.00 equals three (3) entries
Fill out an entry form and place it in the entry barrel in store
Or for online purchases, complete the entry form via reply-email (staff will email online customers an entry
form and place completed entries in the entry barrel on their behalf).
Winners will be drawn at random, Monday 2nd October 2017. All decisions are final and no discussions or
correspondence will be entered into.
8. A first, second and third place prize will be awarded to three winners from Australia. The prize winners will be contacted via phone and announced on our social media pages.
First place total prize value is $3,491.40
Second place total prize value is $876.45
Third place total prize value is $645.40
Redemption of gift cards will not provide an entry into the draw, as the initial purchase of the card is however eligible
during the competition period.
13. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Where a prize is unavailable for any reason, RAW Sunshine Coast may substitute another item of equal or lesser value for that prize, as determined by RAW Sunshine Coast.
14. Prizes are available for collection from RAW Sunshine Coast’s Maroochydore store, postage of prizes is not included and is an additional charge if required by the winner/s.
If a prize is unclaimed after three (3) calendar months of the original prize draw, the prize will be re-drawn.
The prize does not apply to existing orders.
RAW Sunshine Coast reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and the identity of contestants.
Proof of entry and identity will only be deemed as sufficient at the discretion of RAW Sunshine Coast.
18. If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being properly conducted due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of RAW Sunshine Coast, RAW Sunshine Coast reserves its rights to disqualify any contestant or to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel this competition, to the extent permitted by law.
19. RAW Sunshine Coast and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law). Without limiting the foregoing, none of RAW Sunshine Coast or its associated agencies or companies will be liable for any damage to any prize which occurs in transit and winners are solely responsible for any tax implications that apply to them.
20. Contestants email addresses may be added to our email list. Subscribers can unsubscribe at anytime by contacting us at info@rawsunshinecoast.com.au and using ‘unsubscribe’ in the email header.
