Win IT Merchandise Pack - 1. These terms and conditions apply to the ‘IT Merchandise’ Competition ("Promotion"). The Promoter is Sanity Music Stores Pty Ltd, ABN 61 072 187 298, 36-48 Ashford Avenue, Milperra, NSW, 2214. 2. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 3. Entry is only open to persons who order any product from ‘The IT’ campaign (URL: http://www.sanity.com.au/specials/2860/IT ) during the Promotional Period (“Eligible Persons”) at any Sanity store or online at sanity.com.au. 4. Employees of Sanity Entertainment and its associated retail brands, fulfilment partners and their immediate families are not eligible for entry. 5. The Promotion commences 12:00pm AEDT on 12/03/2018 and closes 11:59pm AEDT on 18/03/2018. (“Promotional Period”). Entries received after the closing date will not be collected. 6. To enter the Promotion, Eligible Persons must, within the Promotional Period, order any product from ‘The IT’ campaign (URL: http://www.sanity.com.au/specials/2860/IT ) from www.sanity.com.au, then on the competition page they must enter their full name, address, 16 digit order confirmation number, and a 25 words or less answer to the question “What are you afraid of & why?” Only one entry is valid per person per purchase. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, delayed, IT errors or not completed properly, and such entries may not go into the prize draw for the Promotion. Please note entry is open to Australian residents only. 7. Our judges will collect the entries once the Promotion has been completed and select the winners based on the merit of the answers received, with creativity and originality taken into consideration. The winners will be contacted by 19/03/2018 and have their name published here http://bit.ly/1GSbDeF 8. There will be twenty (20) winners. Winners will receive one (1) of two (2) prize packs. Prize packs will consist of one (1) IT T-Shirt, one (1) IT mug and either one (1) IT Musical Jack-In-The-Box or one (1) Pennywise with boat Pop Vinyl. Prize packs will be chosen at random. 9. The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable. Sanity reserves the right to amend or alter this Promotion at any time, without prior notice.
