Who can enter the promotion?

Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand Frontier Members only. Entrants may be of all ages.

When does the promotion close?

The promotion starts at 12:01 am (AEDT) / 2:01 am (NZDT) on Saturday, 15 March 2025, and ends at 9:59 pm (AEDT) / 11:59 pm (NZDT) on Sunday, 23 March 2025.

How can one enter the promotion?

To enter, participants must complete the following steps during the promotion period:
1. Press the “Enter Competition” button or link provided on the Promotion Email or Promotion Site.
2. Complete the Entry Form with the following information:
- Full name
- Email address
- Country of residence
- Answer the question: “What’s your favourite James Arthur song and why?”
3. Submit the entry.
Each valid submission allocates one entry into the promotion, and participants are allowed only one entry.

What are the prizes and their details?

There are five (5) prizes available to be won, each comprising:
- One (1) James Arthur PISCES CD with a signed slick card.
Each prize is valued at AUD $20.00 (including GST) / NZD $22.00 (including GST).

What is the total prize pool amount?

The total prize pool is valued at AUD $100.00 (including GST) / NZD $110.00 (including GST).

How will winners be notified?

Winners will be notified via email by 6:00 pm (AEDT) / 8:00 pm (NZDT) on Tuesday, 25 March 2025.

What is the prize claim date and time?

Prizes must be claimed by 9:00 am (AEDT) / 11:00 am (NZDT) on Friday, 28 March 2025. Winners must reply to the notification email with confirmation of acceptance or email competitions@frontiertouring.com, providing an Australian or New Zealand postal address to receive their prize.

When will the prizes be delivered?

Prizes will be mailed to each winner’s provided postal address on or after the release date of the prize on 25 April 2025.
