What are the prize details for this competition?
Win lunch with Cheyenne Tozzi and a $5,000 shopping spree! - WHO CAN ENTER?
An Entrant is eligible to win a Prize if they:
a) are a permanent resident of Australia; and
b) are either:
i. a Foxtel, Foxtel Play, Optus TV featuring Foxtel, or Foxtel from
Telstra subscriber or live in a household with a Foxtel, Foxtel Play,
Optus TV featuring Foxtel or Foxtel from Telstra subscription and have the subscriber’s permission to enter the Promotion, and the subscription account is not in arrears from the Commencement Date until the Unclaimed Prize Draw Date; OR
ii. are employed by a Foxtel Business subscriber and have the subscriber’s permission to enter the Promotion, and the subscription account is not in arrears from the Commencement Date until the Unclaimed Prize Draw Date; and
c) If the Entrant is under the age of 18, they must have the permission of a parent or guardian before entering the Promotion;
and are not:
d) employees of:
i. the Promoter, Optus, or Telstra
ii. the Supplier;
iii. any corporations or agencies related to the entities in paragraphs i.
and ii. above; or
iv. any of the Relevant Parties; or
e) a spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by marriage or adoption) of a person who is an employee of any of the entities listed in paragraph d) above.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
“Closing Date” means 21:00hrs on Tuesday 22 November, 2016.
“Commencement Date” means 09:00hrs on Tuesday 1 November, 2016.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Promotion an Entrant must, during the Promotion Period:
a) go to the Website; and
b) click on the Promotion link; and
c) vote for their favourite Australian Next Top Model photo; and
d) complete all of the required data entry fields on the entry form (including a
name, email address and contact number).
PRIZE:
The Prize is a lunch for the Winner and one (1) guest with the Australia’s Next Top Model mentor Cheyenne Tozzi, and consists of:
i. Return economy flights for the Winner and one (1) guest from the Winner’s nearest capital city airport to Sydney, valued at a maximum of $3,000.00; and
ii. One (1) lunch, for the Winner and one (1) guest with Cheyenne Tozzi, valued at a maximum of $1,000.00;and
iii. One (1) VISA Gift Card, valued at a maximum of $5,000.00; and
iv. One (1) nights’ accommodation in a minimum four (4) star hotel for the Winner and one (1) guest, valued at a maximum of
$1,000.00.
Exclusions: The flights and accommodation elements of the Prize does not apply to residents of Sydney.
THE TOTAL PRIZE POOL FOR THIS PROMOTION IS VALUED AT A MAXIMUM OF $10,000.00
