How is the winner selected?
Winners are determined through an instant-win game of chance. During each of the three weekly windows, one engraved Magic Tin is randomly placed into an order. The customer whose order contains this tin wins that week's Grand Prize. The process is random, ensuring fairness in winner selection.
How will the winner be notified?
Winners must claim their prize by contacting No Pong via email or social media with the five-digit code from their Magic Tin. Once verified, winners will be announced on Facebook, Instagram, and the No Pong website. Details of each winner will also be published on the website within 14 days of verification.
What happens if the prize is unclaimed?
If a Grand Prize is not claimed and verified by 11:59 PM AEST on 31 October 2026, a redraw will occur on Monday, 30 November 2026, at 10:00 AM AEST. The redraw will select a winner from valid entries in the relevant weekly window. Unclaimed prizes after the redraw are forfeited.
