Win one month's free rent! - WHO CAN ENTER?
Entry is open to all residents of Australia over the age of 18, as of the date of entry, who are currently renting a residential premise and have their name on the lease, and who have fulfilled the requirements set out below ('Eligible Entrants').
Employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter, associated agencies and companies, contractors or individuals are not eligible to enter this competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The competition commences on 01/04/2015 at 12:01 AM and closes 30/04/2015 at 11:59 PM ('Promotional Period'). All times noted in these Terms and Conditions are local times, based on the location of the Promoter. Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the competition close date and time.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period (defined below): visiting the Promoter's website about.homely.com.au/paymyrent or Facebook site (www.facebook.com/homely.com.au), following the links to the competition entry page and completing the entry form.
Only one entry per person and per email address will be permitted. Entrants found to be submitting multiple entries may have all entries invalidated. Entrants may obtain bonus entries for each friend that they refer to enter. There is no limit on the number of bonus entries that can be obtained.
PRIZE:
The total prize pool is valued at up to $5,000 (Including GST), as at 30/03/2015 17. The prize on offer is:

[ full details ] - 4 weeks of your rent paid for by Homely to the value of up to and including $5,000 inc. GST. The winner’s name must be the name on the rental agreement. If it is not, the prize will be awarded to someone else.
[ RRP for each prize ] - $maximum of $5,000
Prize will be awarded in the form of a cheque/ EFT to landlord. In the event a winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated, then the entire prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
