What is the Foot Locker x Nike 'Maxxed Out Creator' Competition 2023?

It is a game of skill where participants can use the Maxxed Out Creator Interactive Tool to create and submit their own album cover designs.

Who can enter the competition?

Australian residents over the age of 16 are eligible to enter. Entrants under 18 must have consent from their parent or guardian. Directors, management, employees, and their immediate families, of Foot Locker Australia Inc., suppliers, associated entities and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.

When is the competition period?

The Promotion commences at 9:00AM (AEST) on Sunday, 26th of March 2023 and ends at 11:59pm (AEST) on Sunday, 16thth of April 2023.

How can someone enter the competition?

Eligible entrants must use the Maxxed Out Creator Interactive Tool during the Promotion period and take all the required steps to participate in the competition. The tool is available online or on the interactive digital screen at QV Square or the Foot Locker QV Store located at Cnr Swanston and Lonsdale Street Shop Sw292, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia.

What are the prizes and their worth?

There are three prize tiers for the Foot Locker x Nike 'Maxxed Out Creator' Competition 2023:
Major Prize Pack for one winner: valued at $AUD 3,227.00
Runners-up Prize Pack for two winners: valued at $AUD 280.00 each
Minor Prizes Gift Card for three winners: valued at $AUD 200.00 each
The Major Prize Pack includes a Rega System One Turntable Package, custom tee with the winner’s album cover design, vinyl sleeve and vinyl with the winner’s album cover design, and a Foot Locker voucher. The Runners-up Prize Pack includes a custom tee with the winner’s album cover design, vinyl sleeve and vinyl with the winner’s album cover design, and a Foot Locker voucher. The Minor Prizes Gift Card includes a $AUD 200 Foot Locker gift card for each successful entry on the Leaderboard.

What are the terms and conditions?

Entrants must comply with the terms and conditions to be valid. Chance plays no part in determining any winners of this game of skill. If any of the prizes become unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value. The Promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the Promotion will be final. Personal information will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and for marketing, advertising, and communication of the Promoter in general. The Promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
