12 Weeks to Christmas Giveaway
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. Route to entry for the competition is via http://www.facebook.com/suttontoolsau/
2. Entry is free and open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years or older who complete, in full, the entry form available http://www.suttontools.com/12-weeks-of-christmas/ during the promotional period. Employees and immediate families of the Promoter and suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. The ‘Promoter’ is Sutton Tools Pty Ltd (ABN 12 004 175 731) of 378 Settlement Road, Thomastown VIC 3074. Ph.03 9280 0800.
4. The promotion commences 2-October-2017 at 3pm (AEST, Australian Eastern Standard Time) and closes 22-December-2017 at 11.59am (AEST, Australian Eastern Standard Time). To enter the promotion, eligible entrants must complete the entry form available at http://www.suttontools.com/12-weeks-of-christmas/ during the promotional period.
5. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
6. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and will be forfeited if the winner is unable to claim the prize within seven working days of notification. If for any reason the winner does not take the prize or any element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter, then the prize or any element of the prize will not be redeemable for cash.
7. The weekly winner will be chosen by a Sutton Tools representative which will be picked at random from all complete entries from 9-October-2017 until 22-December-2017 at 378 Settlement Road, Thomastown Victoria, 3074. The winner will be notified by email following the random draw (within 24 hours). Their name will be published on our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/suttontoolsau/ In the event that the prize notification email is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be drawn from all remaining (non-winning) eligible entries.
8. The promoter also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
9. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects contact information about entrants in order to contact them about the promotion and where appropriate award prizes and may also use the information to assist the Promoter in improving goods and services and to contact entrants in the future with special offers via any medium including mail and commercial electronic messages. If you do not provide the information, you cannot participate.
10. In the event there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
