We interviewed the incredibly talented vocalist and multi-instrumentalist earlier this month and, after hearing tales of her Belle and Sebastian career and the secret to the band’s longevity, we settled in to revisit some of our old favourite songs. Belle and Sebastian’s dreamy twee-pop melodies have formed parts of the movie soundtracks of Juno, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, The Devil Wears Prada, High Fidelity and more. With the releases of the band’s trio of EPs under the name How to Solve Our Human Problems earlier this year, Belle and Sebastian is here to prove that it’s not done yet.
