Travel must be taken in November or December 2012, March, November or December 2013 and is subject to availability.

This must be confirmed 6 weeks in advance to ensure the availability of Dr Chris Brown. The winner must live within 40kms from a major airport. If the winner does not have any pets, Dr Chris Brown will still visit the winner.
6. A Dinner Party for the winner and 9 friends at the winners home, hosted by Miguel valued at a maximum of $5,000
This must be confirmed 6 weeks in advance to ensure the availability of Miguel. The menu will be decided between the winner and Miguel, prior to the dinner party. Miguel will have an assistant and some equipment, however he may need to use some of the winners kitchen items.
7. A kitchen makeover in the winners’ house valued at a maximum of $40,000.
Bunnings Warehouse will provide the kitchen product for this element of the prize, to the value of $30,000
The winner must select from either the Caboodle or Everdure range at Bunnings Warehouse.
The winner will be able to get cabinetry and bench tops, a cooktop, oven pack and rangehood, a sink, tapware, paint and flooring from Bunning warehouse.
The living room team will design and install the kitchen to the value of $10,000.
Installation must be agreed upon by the Winner and the Prize Supplier by June 30 2013.
If the production team at The Living Room choose to use the design and installation of the kitchen makeover, the winner must be willing and available for the filming of that Episode/s.
This prize does not include a fridge or dishwasher.
