Who can enter the Sweepstakes?

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Australia who are at least 18+ years old at the time of entry. Employees of Stacia Naturals, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

When can they enter?

Entries will be accepted online starting on or about May 5, 2023, at 03:15 PM and ending on June 15, 2023, at midnight. All online entries must be received by June 15, 2023, at midnight. The times mentioned are in (GMT+10:00) Sydney.

How can they enter?

To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must sign up at the online sweepstakes page and submit an entry using the online form provided on the site. The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements to be eligible to win a prize. Participants may enter only once and must fill in the requested information. Using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to enter is not allowed.

What is the prize and its worth?

The prizes include a full Caviar Lift skincare range valued at $199 and a Foreo Luna 4go. The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $600. The specifics of the prize will be determined solely by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes. The Sponsor may use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.

What are the odds of winning?

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

How are the winners selected and notified?

Winners will be selected in a random drawing supervised by the Sponsor. They will be notified via email within five (5) days following the winner selection. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days, or fails to comply with the requirements, an alternate winner may be selected.

What rights are granted by participants?

By entering the Sweepstakes, participants grant Stacia Naturals the right, without further notice or consent, to use their entry, including their name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes.

What happens in case of cancellation or disputes?

Stacia Naturals reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes under certain circumstances. Disputes related to the Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of Australia and NSW, and any disputes will be resolved individually in a court located in NSW.
