Win an Ultimate Preliminary Getaway

The Ultimate Prelim Getaway competition is organised by the Royal Zoological Society of South Australia and Asahi Beverages. This competition offers Zoos SA Annual and Life Members a chance to win an exclusive experience related to the 2026 Toyota AFL Preliminary Finals. Participants must be residents of South Australia and have received an invitation via eDM from Zoos SA.

The prize for the Ultimate Prelim Getaway competition includes a 2026 Toyota AFL Preliminary Final experience for the winner and a guest. It features return economy flights from Adelaide, reserved seat tickets to both Preliminary Finals, twin-share 4-star accommodation for two nights, and two Rise & Roam Experience vouchers at Adelaide Zoo. The total prize pool is valued at up to AUD$4,000.

The competition closes at 11:59 PM ACST on 10 September 2026.

To enter the competition, eligible participants must visit the promotional website via the link in the eDM or QR code at the Zoos Australia member ticket booth during the promotional period. They must complete the online entry form with personal details and answer the question: “In 25 words or less, who you’d take on the ultimate AFL Preliminary Finals getaway and why?”

The Ultimate Prelim Getaway competition is open to South Australian residents aged 18 and over who are Zoos SA Annual Members or Life Members and have received an eDM invitation from Zoos SA.

The winner is selected based on skill, with judging taking place within seven days after the competition ends. Entries are evaluated on originality, creative merit, and literary merit by representatives of the promoters.

The winner will be contacted in writing within seven days of being determined.

If the prize is unclaimed, the promoters may assign it to the next best entry, conduct further judging, or withdraw it entirely. They are not obligated to award any unclaimed prize.
