What are the prize details for this competition?
Win prizes up to $63000 - Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Retailers (as defined below) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Entries into the promotion open on 14/01/2019 and close at 11:59pm AEDST on 18/02/2019 (“Promotional Period”).
To enter, individuals must complete the following steps:
a) Purchase any fresh pork product (excluding small goods such as processed pork products that have been cured, smoked or cooked for delicatessen purposes) in a single transaction from a Participating Retailer during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Purchase”). A participating retailer is any retailer that stocks fresh pork products (“Participating Retailer”);
b) Upon making their Qualifying Purchase, individuals must visit www.yearofthepig.com.au and follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details (including first name, last name, valid email address, contact number, residential address and where the purchase was made); and then submit the fully completed entry form during the Promotional Period.
Upon submitting their entry individuals will be notified instantly on screen, in writing, whether or not they have won an instant prize. Winners of an instant prize will then be sent an email and called with instructions on how to claim their prize. Winner’s names will be published at www.yearofthepig.com.au from 19/2/2019. All non-winning entries will be entered into the unclaimed prize draw.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Purchase (regardless of the number of fresh pork products purchased in excess of one (1) in that transaction) and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase, that a fresh pork product was purchased and that the purchase was made during the promotional period but prior to entry.
