This document sets out the terms of participation for The Keep Australia Beautiful Giveaway.
The promoter of the Competition is Happy Human
Eligibility
The competition is open to residents of Australia and aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and any organisation or individual associated with the provision of the prize(s) are not eligible to enter. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
Each entry must be made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may in its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Term
The Competition will open on 16th August 2021 and will close at 11.59pm AEST 22nd August 2021 (the Term). Winner will be announced on the @heyhappyhuman Instagram channel and via email on 23rd August 2021 at 12pm AEST.
How to Enter
This Competition will be advertised online during the Term on a variety of websites, social media platforms (Instagram and Facebook) and email databases. To enter the competition you must, during the Term; (a) LANDING PAGE ENTRIES: Click on the post, advert, link or banner advertising the Competition. This advert will direct you to the landing page. Once you have arrived at the Landing Page, you must provide your full name and email address. AND additional entries with (b) INSTAGRAM ENTRIES: Tag a friend on the giveaway post on @heyhappyhuman. Each friend tagged = one additional entry. You can enter as many times as you like.
By entering, entrants will be added to the emails lists of the promoter and also other small brands involved in this giveaway. The small brands include: Happy Human, Boody, How We Roll Co, Caye Life, Love Beauty Foods, Wrappa Reusables
Entrants must be (and remain) subscribed to the respective mailing lists or social media pages of the Promoter and will receive regular offers from these entities (via email, Facebook or any other means either deems fit) at the time of the draw. The Promoter will disqualify from the Competition any Entrant who does not meet this requirement
After the giveaway is finished, the entrant can unsubscribe from these mailing lists if they choose. We do request that this is done respectfully.
Determining the Winner
"The Keep Australia Beautiful Giveaway" winner will be determined by a random draw that will be drawn by the following time: 12pm AEST 23rd August 2021. Only one entry will be drawn, and the winner will be the Entrant whose entry is drawn.
All participating brands will ship the products to the winner within 14 days of the draw
The Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless otherwise stated.
The total prize value of the Competition is $742
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of registrations and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
The winner must, as a condition of accepting a prize, at the Promoter’s request, participate in any marketing and promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) in relation to winning any prize, free of charge, and consent to the Promoter using their name and image in any promotional material.
All entries received become the property of the Promoter.
Privacy and Information submitted
As a condition of entering the Competition, you give consent for the Promoter to obtain and deliver his or her name, address and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering this Contest and to comply with applicable laws, regulations and rules. Any information you provide to the Promoter may be used to communicate with you in relation to this Contest or on a Contest Winner’s list. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the Happy Human Brands Pty Ltd Privacy Policy.
