Each Winner will play a live Coin Drop game on the afternoon broadcast of the quiz to determine their prize, which could either be the cash amount indicated on the Coin Drop board where their coin lands or a $50.00 consolation prize if the coin lands on the section marked $0. The total maximum prize pool for this competition is $25,000.00.

Channel 7’s Coin Drop Watch & Win competition concludes on Friday, 26 September 2025 at 14:15 AEST. The competition period starts on Monday, 22 September 2025 at 05:30 AEST and runs until the specified end date.

To enter Channel 7’s Coin Drop Watch & Win competition, participants must watch the Seven Network between 05:30 AEST and 12:30 AEST during the competition period to obtain the daily codeword. They must then visit the designated competition page on the 7News website to register their full name, valid codeword, address, email, telephone number, and submit an answer to the question “Why do you want to play Coin Drop?”. Participants should confirm availability for a phone or video call during the specified times.

Eligibility for Channel 7’s Coin Drop Watch & Win competition is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or older, where the Channel Seven signal is received. Employees and immediate family members of the Seven Network and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

Winners for Channel 7’s Coin Drop Watch & Win competition will be judged based on the skill demonstrated in their entries. There will be a total of Fifteen (15) Winners throughout the competition, with Three (3) selected each day. Judging occurs at specific times on each competition day based on valid entries received.

In the event of an unclaimed prize in Channel 7’s Coin Drop Watch & Win competition, an unclaimed prize judging will take place on Friday, November 2025 at 10:15 AEDT. Unclaimed winners will be notified by email and phone within two business days and their details will be published on the 7News website within five business days.
