The promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over currently residing in Australia. Individuals under 18 can also enter, provided they have permission from their parent or guardian.

The promotion closes at 11:59pm (Sydney time) on 19 November 2025 or once 2,830 entries have been received, whichever comes first.

To enter the promotion, participants must purchase any Participating Product from a Participating Outlet during the Promotion Period. They must then complete the online entry form by providing their full name, address, email address, mobile number, Participating Product serial number, and purchase date. Additionally, they must upload a copy of the original receipt as proof of an Eligible Purchase. Participating Products include LG CordZero models: A9L-MULTI, A9L-AQUA, A9L-TOWER, A9L-RAPTOR, A9L-TITAN, A9X-AUTO2, A9X-ULTRA2, and A9X-ULTRA2G. Products are subject to stock availability.

Each valid entry drawn will win a $500 MasterCard Digital Gift Card. There are a maximum of 283 prizes to be won. The maximum total prize pool is valued at $141,500. Winners will be notified by email and their names published online within 4 days of the relevant draw date. Winners must claim their prize by 16 December 2025. If necessary, a second chance draw will be held on 17 December 2025 to distribute any unclaimed prizes.
