Contesting Period Dates Daily, from 08 Oct 2018 to 12 Oct 2018 (excluding public holidays).

"Contesting Day" means an individual day during the Contesting Period. "Contesting Segment" means an individual
Contesting Segment on a Contesting Day.
Entry Restrictions Entrants must be able to attend RnB Fridays Live Concert Series in each of Perth, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and Sydney.
Entrants must be able to travel between 09 Nov 2018 and 18 Nov 2018.
Entrants must be 18 years or older.
Relevant State(s) Entry is only open to residents of ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC and WA.
Maximum Entries Entrants can enter once only.
Entry Procedure To enter, entrants must during the Online Registration Period, visit the Website, register their details and answer in twenty five
(25) words or less the question specified by the Promoter at the point of entry.
On the first Contesting Day, two contestants will be chosen judged in accordance with the the Judging Details and must
participate in an on-air game called Same Same But Backwards.
The contestants will be played a section of a song from one of the RnB Fridays Live artists (current or past) backwards. The
contestant to buzz in with their name and correctly identify the song will be deemed the ‘carry over champion’ and will
automatically play on the next Contesting Day.
If the first contestant to buzz in with their name is incorrect with the identification of the song, the second contestant will have a
chance to identify the song.
Should both contestants be incorrect, the Promoter will provide clues. Should both contestants still not correctly identify the
song, an alternative song will be played and the process will repeat until a 'carry over contestant' is determined.
On the final Contesting Day, the carry over champion and a new contestant from the online registration as judged in
accordance with the Judging Details will participate on air as above.
The contestant who correctly identifies the song on the final Contesting Day will win the Major Prize.
Judging Details All judging decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.

The prize includes 2 tickets to each of the 5 RnB Fridays Live
concerts and the following travel elements:
• 2x economy class flights to coincide with each concert as

o from winner's nearest capital city to RnB Fridays
Live Perth;
o Perth to Melbourne;
o Melbourne to Adelaide;
o Adelaide back to the winner's nearest capital
city;
o from winner's nearest capital city to Brisbane;
o Brisbane to Sydney;
o Sydney back to the winner's nearest capital city.
• Airport transfers in each capital city to winner's
accommodation;
• RnB Fridays Live concert transfers;
• 5 night’s accommodation for 2 people (1 night in each
capital city (minimum 4 star))
• Meet & Greet with Usher and Salt N Pepa at a concert to
be determined by the Promoter.

Travel must take place between Friday 9 November and Sunday 18 November 2018.
If a Prize includes participation by a winner's companion, the companion must comply with any additional requirements or
conditions specified by the Promoter, e.g. age restrictions, etc.The Prize may require booking and completing as specified by
the Promoter or by the Prize Provider.
The Prize is subject to booking and availability, and is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the relevant providers.
All costs associated with a travel prize which are not expressly listed in the Prize Details, including additional spending money,
passport and visa costs, additional transfer costs, meals, taxes, insurance, luggage costs and all other ancillary costs, are the
responsibility of the winner. Unless otherwise specified, the winner and any travelling companion(s) must depart and return at
the same time using the same air carrier. The winner and any travelling companion(s) are responsible for ensuring they have
all necessary travel insurance and documents to travel to the relevant location(s) (including any passports and visas). Any
alterations or extensions to confirmed Prize Details must be approved in advance by the Promoter (at its sole discretion) and
will be at the expense of the winner and/or travelling companion(s) (as relevant). The Promoter is not responsible for the
cancellation, delay or rescheduling of any part of a travel Prize and any resulting costs incurred by the winner or any travelling
companion(s) (including accommodation costs) will be the responsibility of the winner and/or travelling companion(s) (as
relevant). The winner is responsible for ensuring that they and any travelling companion(s) are fit to travel and have received
appropriate immunisations and/or health checks prior to taking the Prize. The Promoter makes no representations about the
travel destination or government travel warnings to any overseas destination.
Notification of
Winners
Winner/s will be notified by phone at the time of/immediately after winning and in writing within 2 working days of being
determined.

If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time, the winner forfeits the prize. In this case, the Promoter will award the
prize in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements below.

If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time or if an entrant or entry is deemed invalid in accordance with the
Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will award the relevant prize to another valid entrant in accordance with the method outlined
in the Entry Procedure/Judging Details, or to another valid entrant who subsequently enters this Promotion or another
Promotion conducted by the Promoter.
