Who can enter the competition?

Entry is open to all residents of Australia except employees and immediate families of the Promoter and their associated companies and agencies and participating outlets. Entrants under 18 must obtain parental consent.

When does the competition close?

The competition commences on March 1, 2024, at 9:00 am [AEDT] and concludes on March 31, 2024, at 5:00 pm [AEDT]. Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the competition close date and time.

How can one enter the competition?

Entrants may enter by submitting their original entry via email to escape@news.com.au, posting a photograph to a personal Instagram account with the caption '#escapesnaps,' or commenting on a post on the Escape Facebook page. Entries must comply with the specified content requirements.

What is the prize and how can one win?

The prize is a pair of Sennheiser Accentum Plus headphones valued at $399.95. The winner will be selected based on the most outstanding and unique piece of travel advice, short travel story, or travel photograph, as determined by the judging panel.

What is the total prize pool amount?

The total prize pool for this competition is $399.95, inclusive of GST.

How will the winner be notified?

The winner will be notified by email or Instagram direct message within one week of being determined. The winner's name will also be announced online at escape.com.au/win and in the Escape print edition.

Entrants may submit multiple entries, but only one prize will be awarded per person. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel, or suspend the competition under certain circumstances.
