Competition Details & Terms

Who can enter the competition?
The competition is open to individuals permanently residing in Australia, excluding residents of Northern Territory and Western Australia. Entrants must be aged eighteen (18) years or older by the closing date of the promotion. Employees of the promoter, Experience Gold Coast Pty Ltd, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
When does the competition close?
The competition closes at 11:59 PM AEST on Wednesday, November 5, 2025.
How can one enter the competition?
To enter the competition, participants must complete an online Groundwater CMF customer research survey using the Qualtrics service by the closing date. Each participant is allowed only one entry, and there is no entry fee. The competition is promoted via Facebook, Instagram, the Groundwater CMF website, and eNewsletter.
What are the prizes to be won?
The winner will receive a Takamine G20 Series Dreadnought AC/EL Guitar with Cutaway in Natural Satin Finish, signed by Troy Cassar-Daley and Jackson Dean, valued at $899. Additionally, the winner will receive a festival merchandise pack valued at approximately $89. The total approximate prize value is $988.
