Who can enter the Sony A7c II Camera Giveaway Competition?
The competition is open to all members of the public, except those under the age of 18, directors and employees of Urth, immediate family members of directors and employees of Urth, and directors or employees of any associated companies.

The competition starts at 10:00 AEST on 3 March 2025 and closes at 23:59 AEST on 20 March 2025.
How can one enter the competition?
To enter the competition, participants must follow @Urth on Instagram and subscribe to the Urth mailing list at https://social.urth.co/pages/giveaway. There is no entry fee or purchase required, and there is no limit on the number of entries per person.
What are the prizes?

What is the total prize pool amount?
The total prize pool is valued at $3,897 USD, including GST, based on retail prices.
How will the winner be determined?
The winner will be drawn using a raffle picker generator on 21 March 2025 by Urth staff at their office. The email address randomly selected will determine the winner.
How will the winner be notified?
Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message and email by 21 March 2025, sent to the account used for entry.
What is the claim period for the prize?
The winner must respond and provide proof of eligibility to claim the prize by 23:59 AEST on 25 March 2024. Failure to claim the prize by this date will result in forfeiture.
What happens if the prize is unclaimed?
If the winner does not claim the prize within the Claim Period, Urth may re-select a winner using the raffle picker generator or retain the unclaimed prize.
How will the prize be delivered?
The winner must provide a mailing address for prize delivery. Urth will deliver the prize at its expense within 30 days from receiving the address.
What are the responsibilities of the participants regarding their entries?
Participants must comply with all applicable laws and ensure their entries do not infringe on any third-party rights. Any breach of terms may lead to disqualification.
What rights does Urth have over the submitted content?
Participants grant Urth a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, copy, and modify the submitted content for promotional purposes, including the right to publish edited versions.

Urth reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition if it cannot be conducted as planned due to unforeseen circumstances.
