The competition is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand who are 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoter, participating retailers, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

The competition closes at 11:59pm AEDT (1:59am NZDT following day) on March 16, 2025.

To enter, participants must purchase any 24g or 49g Tic Tac product in a single transaction from any participating retailer in Australia or New Zealand during the competition period. Entrants must then visit the promotion website, complete the entry form with their details, upload a copy of the purchase receipt, and consent to personal information handling according to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter's privacy policy. Each transaction allows for one entry per day, with a maximum of one prize per person (excluding South Australian residents).

There are a total of 250 prizes, each being a SUNNYLiFE Luxe Tube Pool Ring valued at $39.99. Prizes are awarded across eight weekly draws, with 31 prizes in the first six draws and 32 prizes in the last two draws.

The total prize pool amounts to AU $9,997.50.

Provisional winners will be notified by phone and in writing within two business days of the relevant weekly draw. Winners' names will be published on the website on the specified publication dates throughout the competition period.
