1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions are Draw Terms and Conditions and form part of the Terms and Conditions of the RSL Art Union. The General Terms and Conditions are available at www.rslartunion.com.au/termsandconditions.
1.2 Any terms used in the Draw Terms and Conditions which have been defined in the General Terms and Conditions will have the same meaning in the Draw Terms and Conditions.
1.3 In the event of any inconsistency between the Draw Terms and Conditions and any other part of the Terms and Conditions, the following will prevail in descending order of precedence:
(a) The 5K Pay Day Draw Terms and Conditions;
(b) Quarterly Cash Draw Terms and Conditions;
(c) Any other terms and conditions for a Draw in which only VIP members are eligible for entry;
(d) VIP Club Terms and Conditions;
(e) Draw Terms and Conditions;
(f) General Terms and Conditions.
2. Draw details
2.1 RSL Art Union AU383L (‘Draw AU383L’) is conducted under the following permits QLD Licence No. 29819, NSW Authority No. GOCAU/2332, ACT Permit No.?R20/00200.1, VIC Permit No.?10437/20,?SA Permit No M13947.
2.2 Draw AU383L will be open from 12.01am (AEST) on 13 January 2021 and will close at 8:00pm (AEST) on 24 February 2021 unless we sell the maximum saleable quantity of tickets before this date. In the case where we sell the maximum saleable quantity of tickets before the closing date of the Draw, the Draw will close on the date when we sell the last of the maximum saleable quantity of tickets.
2.3 We are permitted to sell up to 5,538,900 tickets in Draw AU383L, which may include a maximum of 1,406,881 bonus tickets, subject to State/Territory lottery licensing approval.
2.4 We reserve the right to change the open and close dates of a Draw at any time without notice, subject to State/Territory lottery licencing approval. Please refer to www.rslartunion.com.au for up to date Draw details.
2.5 Draw AU383L will be drawn on 03 March 2021 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 at 10.00am (AEST) by way of approved random number generator.
2.6 Winners will be notified by Registered Mail and results will be published in the public notices of ‘The Courier Mail’ and ‘The Australian’ on 05 March 2021.
2.7 Further to clause 7.1 of the General Terms and Conditions, if you wish to purchase tickets in this Draw by money order, money orders are to be made payable to RSL Art Union Draw 383. All correspondence is to be directed to Locked Bag 4032, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006.
3. Prizes

4. Unclaimed Prizes
4.1 Unclaimed prizes will be dealt in accordance with the combined legislative requirements for the conduct of the Draw. In the event that a prize remains unclaimed for one year following the date of AU383L a redraw will be conducted on 03 March 2022, at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley 4006 at 10.30am (AEST) by way of approved random number generator.
